The general public, on hearing from the media the term “organized crime”, thinks immediately of old, fat, white, Italian guys and are outraged. Do we know who is behind this particular “organized crime” crime-spree? Will we ever know?

Just read the headline and my first thought was it’s another case of a liberal government creating a program that produced little if anything of value other than to provide a conduit for tax dollars being sent to liberal riding associations.
