  1. At some point I’m just going to refuse to wear masks at all. They can have there will of me. They’re ugly evil things and they make me want to fight. I hate fighting. I’m not just referring to the masks. So keep it up you sheep and assholes.

  2. One year ago, as ALL my leftist neighbors were becoming the Mask-Stasi, I “adamantly” stated I’d NEVER become a permanent Chinese serf bicycling to market with a mask on. Americans will never become ChiCom peasants.

    As soon as this 65yo gets vaccinated (sometime around June, 2021 according to Gavin Newsom’s incompetent vaccination program) … my mask is coming off PERMANENTLY. Period. If anyone gives me any lip (through their double mask) I’ll show them my vaccination card. No ma’am … I am no longer a threat to you … so fukk off

      My sympathies.  I have a number of acquaintances who are bugging out of Cali (several have already left).

    2. If masks “work” everyone who diligently wears one will not catch the virus from anyone doesn’t wear one.

      And he’s right about the public health authorities being unable to let go of the precautionary measures. If they reduce the mandatory precautions and the infection rate goes up at all, they’ll be vilified for getting it wrong. They’ll lose their jobs as the politicians will sacrifice them to placate the mob. They have to keep it going until the politicians until the mob changes its mind and scares the politicians into changing course. Nobody will stop to consider whether we can actually determine whether any particular measure in any particular case had a significant effect.

        2. The only thing I’m relying on the masks to do is get me in and out of a grocery store without being accosted by Karen.

          I think I probably had this plague c. MAY ’20, and I won’t be surprised if I catch it again. Odds are I’ll survive it (late 50s, a bit fitter than average for my age) and I don’t think the health care system or the rest of the government can do much to better my chances. We shall all die of something or other eventually, meanwhile the government’s measures are preventing many, many more people from living than they are preventing people from dying.

      Hope I’m wrong but I don’t think you’ll “get away with it”.
      Even with the vaccination you’ll prolly be required to wear, by that time, a quadruple mask and face shield.

      You think you’re pissed now. Wait till you find out taking the dangerous vaccine didn’t buy you the freedom you expect.

    4. You need to read about the vaccine, Kenji. Why are you so eager to get it? You apparently don’t know what you may be doing the yourself. (And the vaccine certainly doesn’t guarantee you won’t get Covid.) What pretty much does, though, is Vit. D (optimal dose 30,000 IUs/ day — no, that’s not too much), zinc and NAC. Add quercitin for extra protection. I’m not an anti-vaxxer, BTW. But a vaccine containing mRNA is not something I want in MY body. Such vaccines haven’t been workable to now. And this one has a dismal record of killing all the ferrets and cats they tested it on.

    5. Kenji – What makes you think that once vaccinated you can not contract this flu and pass it on to someone else? Vaccination only reduces the severity of the flu, it does not protect you from getting the flu.

    6. I am hearing about horrible illness and reactions to vaccine by LTC employees who were forced to have it, and would not speak up about their reactions for fear of losing their jobs.

    1. You’ll note that one bit of information carefully omitted from the article is how many recruits showed any symptoms, or how severe the symptoms were. Or indeed, a link to the actual study. Note also the test administered was the infamous PCR nasal swab test, which is useless for diagnosing Chinese Lung AIDS as its false positive rate is so high.

      1. But just the other day the WHO said asymptomatic transmissions were oh so rare. That must have been when they didn’t have enough resources to even test the symptomatic cases.

    niqab does to women in Saudi-Arabia.

  6. While I’m not keen on ordering items from Amazon, I’m often given reasons why that’s better.

    Stores keep making it more difficult for me to shop there. Why should I go to a place whose “customer service” is likely worse now than before the phony plague or who make it harder for me to get around their facilities? It’s as if they don’t want my business and, if that’s how they conduct themselves, they certainly don’t need it.

    So those stiff plastic masks as seen on V for Vendetta are apparently just fine.
    I am designing my Emperor Justine Covid Mask.
    Complete with Gas filters and built in Bull Shit Alarm.
    I figure on using the Idiots likeness along with two bulbous gas mask filters standing out..
    Of course I currently wear the Emperors New Mask everywhere,but that does not provide facial recognition denial to cameras..
    For some reason those ignorant technological devices show me to be maskless.
    Masks are great.
    Full Facial recognition denial is becoming very important..
    Along with fake I.D.
    When the government seeks to strip us of every civil right we ever had,in the name of protecting us from a virus which 99.8% of those afflicted recover.
    Masks are vital.
    Every transaction with the power hungry,should be conducted by their rules.
    Maximum deceit,compulsory misinformation and deliberate failure to comprehend basic English.
    FORWARD.

    1. I’ve developed agoraphobia but I can now get Costco delivery so that’s a good thing.

    3. I’m fugly, you all might want me to continue to wear masks (if I ever leave).

    2. I now wear masks to bed and in the shower. It’s like a suffocating hug that reminds me that I’m ‘alive’.

      Per Cummins, the Chicon virus has displaced the flu virus. That’s how viruses work in hosts.
      Q: Then are the total covid death numbers = excess death numbers + deaths attributed to seasonal flu (given that covid has displaced the flu virus)?

      The key is finding out what is going on with hospitalizations in our Provinces. The death numbers and hospitalization numbers would trend together.

  13. Here is an excellent open letter sent to the Saskatchewan Premier and Health Officer. As someone who works in health care I find this document very powerful. I have been immersed in this issue since last March because most of what I hear and see from the Governments and the mainstream media makes no sense. I would love to see this document go viral.

    1. They started with the old one death is one too many, that bleat makes me sick. 787 people die everyday in Canada based on stats cans annual deaths from all causes, now tell me, does anyone lock themselves up because of that number?

    2. Rita: Thanks for posting. There needs to be a balanced response by authorities. Denying the number of severe cases and hospitalizations won’t get us there.
      Objective of this letter.
      · Reduce mortality rates and suffering from COVID-19 complications
      · Protect our most vulnerable in a better way
      · Reduce the strain on our hospitals
      · Reduce mental health problems related to the COVID restrictions
      · Get our children back to extra-curricular activities
      · Re-open our economy to save our small businesses and restore our way of life.

  14. Good, now we just need the “muh freedoms” crowd to apply the same logic to seat belts, pedestrian crossings, WHMIS, etc. and the world will ever so slowly become a better place.
