You can bet if there is a “hearing” it will be in front of every television camera on the planet, and it will be used by the Democrats to steal back the “Republicans Hate Women” narrative that has been so damaged by the #metoo movement (as 90% of the offenders wrapped up in that turned out to be from their side).
Additionally, this isn’t about Roe v. Wade. It’s more about how things are going to play out when the excrement really hits the fan on the DOJ/FBI/State Department malfeasance. There will be mucho litigation (especially relative to potential firings/ shutting down special counsel/ authority rights of the last administration’s decision making etc.) Most of that stuff will eventually hit the Supreme Court for the final decision.

It wasn’t pathetic-enough to endure a constant stream of screams from minimum wage actors in the wings. Now … the act is being brought to center stage. This is a despicable stunt. By a despicable … uh, stunt woman. By Democrap Directors more perverted than Roman Polanski. But here we are … for “appearance sake”. So the old white Republican men can show their #metoo cred. So the Senate will obey demands to “shut up and get with “it””. So we are getting with “it” … for appearance sake.
Just imagine if we allowed our actual Justice system to become hijacked in this way? What if we allowed anyone and everyone to bring specious criminal charges into our courtrooms with no evidence … just “feelings” (and extreme bias)? Oops!? What am I saying? That’s exactly what we’re doing … allowing that very thing to hijack our Highest Court in the country. Worse … to hijack the very selection of our Judges. All for “Appearances”. Entertainment value. We have passed from the Information Age to the Entertainment Age. Anything and everything is JUDGED by … “appearances”. The left have WON. It doesn’t matter now whether Judge Kavanaugh is confirmed or not. The left have won. They’ve got their traveling show trial. And it will make for GREAT TV. Wanna bet that EVERY SINGLE TV Network carries this mockery? Appearances. “Appearances” are runnng our country and culture. Why? Because the vast majority of our nation is slack jawed, distracted and dumb. Ignorant video screen zombies who believe everything they see on YouTube. They know nothing of the Law. Nothing of the presumption of innocence. They lack the education necessary to intelligently weigh EVIDENCE and determine the truth based upon FACTS. No, it all comes down to “appearances”. And the leftist-run Entertainment industrial Complex are best at delivering the images and the appearances. Shame on our Country. Shame on our Congress. Shame on Grassley. Lot’s of evidence piling up against Ms. Ford. But today (Sunday Sept. 23, 2018), FOX News has come out with poll showing more Americans suppprt Ford, by a 50-40 percent margin. It’s so depressing, I have stopped watching the news. Any news.
That poll was taken from from September 16-19, 2018. The final “witness” came out to the public just yesterday. Don’t discount that the final witness is a female and Bob Beckel’s ex-wife. Also, in the period of the poll and before it, the media was on the warpath on Ford’s behalf. I guarantee if that were taken today the numbers would be different…especially with that 34% undecided.
But there is absolutely no reason to consider the polls are rigged too? Could it be the Russians? Screw the MSM and that included Cux News.
That poll is reason #1 why we need the rules and procedures of modern law. People let their emotions overrule their reason, they are susceptible to the mob mentality and they are easily swayed by irrational prejudices. The legal injustices and atrocities of the past are why the rules of law changed – to minimize the effect of flawed human instincts. Legal codes like presumption of innocence, statute of limitations, facing your accuser, due process, the prosecution providing proof and evidence beyond a reasonable doubt should not be breached. It is both grotesque and darkly amusing that a justice committee interviewing a judge are throwing out all legal standards. It’s like a medical oversight committee tossing out the Hippocratic oath.
In other news, progressives who mocked The Pence Rule are doing their best to promote as an absolute necessity for non-leftists. If every woman you have possibly interacted with at any and all events from puberty to present can ruin your life by accusing you of a crime without any specifics or evidence then protecting yourself with some version of the Pence rule will be essential.

I suspect no one believes her and she would be a fool to perjure herself. The other 4 people she claimed as witnesses never attended said party. She had one friend/supporter who said she told everyone at school about the assault 35 years ago despite the fact that Ford has said she only recently made it public. Her only supporter is a liar. She should shut up and go visit her shrink before she injures herself. This could have a bad outcome.
Her attorney’s are fighting pretty hard for any “hearing” not to be under oath. That was a bullet point on at least two of her attorney’s communications. Additionally, her original letter went to Rep. Anna Eshoo… NOT Feinstein. There was a reason for that. Had she communicated directly to someone sitting on the nomination committee…then she would be open to criminal prosecution should she be proved to be lying. By sending it to someone with no connection to the process…it’s a grey area in law.

I think the whole thing is going to backfire, and not the way most people think. Jeff Flake has gone public lately and stated that he’s going to vote “present” on the nomination. With his recent background and his absolute disdain for our current president….that’s very believable. But, what if he was floating that out there so that when the vote takes place, an added pressure is placed on Joe Manchen, Claire McCaskill and the other handful of democrats up for election in close races of “red states”. The Democrat leadership is going to go to those folks and say…sorry, no political cover on this one. It’s too important. You have to vote “no.” Then Flake votes “yes.” Kavanaugh is GOPe approved. So Flake voting against him or “present” is suspect. I believe McConnell would set something like that up. He’s been very annoyed with Democrats lately.
They are now on record in a red state of going against Trump’s candidate in close elections. In a state like W. Virginia (where Trump basically pulled the coal/steel industry off of life support)…Manchen takes it on the chin. McCaskill has already said she is voting “no” no matter what.

Has Ford stated her allegations against Kavanaugh under oath in any manner? For instance, has she sent a letter to the judiciary committee stating her allegations (such a letter would be under penalty of perjury if she knowingly stated a falsehood)?
