Why this blog?
Until this moment I have been forced to listen while media and politicians alike have told me "what Canadians think". In all that time they never once asked.
This is just the voice of an ordinary Canadian yelling back at the radio -
"You don't speak for me."

Carney hopes to surround himself with Chinese allies so that he can be the tallest person in the room.
I am a white woman in her 75th year who was self-employed for 25 years, 35 years in design/construction. I am good with money. However, I am dismayed at the lack of critical thinking everyone, not just women, employ.
Based on my observations over the last 50 years, I think Canada is in for “whole world of hurt” for at least the next 10 years, if not longer. I used to support the federal Conservatives, but even thy are “Liberal lite” now.
Fingerprinting at airports?
Surprised they haven’t gone right to barcodes on the back of the neck.
Gee, if it can make flying even more fcking irritating and time-consuming, why not?
They’d be better off spending money on tracking money flow – the tens of billions sent out of country every year by the legal and illegal immigrants, faux refugees, faux Canadians and bona fide criminals.
I don’t understand what has taken them so long to do this! /s
What surprises me is that Passports don’t require fingerprints yet, or DNA samples. I probably shouldn’t have said this, they are watching and this might give them ideas.
We’ll be skipping right over barcodes and going straight to identification chips like our dogs have.
I’d love to see Trump sanction Carney personally (the way he did to Canadian ICC judge Kimberly Prost) to prevent Carney from benefiting from any of his US investments. Embarrass him and force him to invest only in Canada or Europe. Make King Carney put his money where his mouth is.
Well he did your money where his mouth is. Actually where his pocket is.
