Interesting comments Bl@ckbird. But you’re not suggesting that “Loyalists” authored, signed and fought for the Declaration of Independence, are you? I have no doubt that progressives have been trying to poison the well of individual freedom ever since but my take is the colonists who faced the British musket to musket, bayonet to bayonet were the patriots.
They crossed the Delaware at night to stun the enemy at Trenton, survived the killer winter in Valley Forge, finally turned the war in the colonists at Saratoga, the huge victory at Cowpens and then forced final victory at Yorktown. These were the people that sacrificed and pushed America into the light of day. Not a loyalist is sight…except on the losing side.

That integral part of the institutional left no longer even masquerading as impartial reporters, entertainers, and opinion journalists are not directly responsible for this shooters actions obviously, but they are responsible for the dominant culture that nurtured his torment. Looting and thuggery is the premise of statism and many of those on the left embrace the talk while only a few losers do their walk. It’s a virtual certainty that Trump will see an attempt or two on his life given the mass psychosis of the left.

There has been much discussion about who or what is responsible for today’s shooting. Lax gun laws ? Hateful leftist rhetoric ? Donald Trump himself ? A mentally-ill shooter ? Well, I have a completely different take on the cause that I haven’t heard discussed.
I blame the city of Berkeley. The Univ. of CA police, and the U.C. Regents. I blame Evergreen College. I blame the city of Chicago, the city of San Francisco, and the city of Seattle. I blame Ferguson MO. I blame Jerry Brown and the State of CA. I blame Lois Lerner.
I blame each and every public agency and institution that has stood-by and watched … doing nothing … as EXTREMIST leftist fringe groups assaulted peaceful citizens, blocked entrances, fired guns into crowds, destroyed businesses, looted, burned buildings … pepper sprayed Trump supporters and pelted them in the head with padlocks and assorted makeshift weapons. I blame every police dept. that did NOTHING to stop leftists from shouting-down free speech. I blame every “sanctuary city”, “sanctuary church”, and “sanctuary PD” who have flaunted the Laws of the US. I blame each and every public agency that has acted even MORE anarchistic than the Intifa Anarchists they obviously support.
