More Pavilions At Folkfest

He said that the people who pump air into the boats are Turkish, but all of the boats are Iranian. He said that there are two different branches, the Arab branch and the Iranian branch and they own all of the boats, each groups bring their own compatriots.
“Then they pay a few more thousands to the men with the boats for going across the way, but all of this is done through some kind of credit system. It’s very complicated. Money really doesn’t exchange hands while they are traveling, nobody trusts anybody, but all this network gets paid.

Then they arrive at their destination and call the person who guarantees them in their home country, like their father or some other person, he will pay to the smuggling network in the country of origin. They send the money which ever way they can to each other.”

  1. There’s also something odd about how seemingly undeterred the journey back into the interior of Syria was for the burial. This kinda begins to answer the question as to the absence of any so-called refugees above the age of say, 45. It doesn’t resemble any known exodus the world has seen before. The desperation factor doesn’t seem present on the faces. They all appear well fed. They seem combative and assertive in their entitlement of being welcomed by their obligatory hosts.

  2. Perhaps this is the insertion of sleeper Jihadists into Europe to eventually add it to the Caliphate, something that….. actually, haven’t the Europeans already done that to themselves. Oh well, Plus ça change, plus c’est la même chose.

  3. The Germans, French and Dutch deserve what they asked for here. The real issue is they will insist on farming them out to the rest of the English speaking world.
We can’t afford to have the Liberal left allow this to happen.

  4. Incredible operation. Read the Finnish immigration consultant on the future of these migrants, just scary.

  5. The pope calls for each parish to take in a family. I thought suicide was a sin. This is akin to suicide.

  6. So it is not somewhat suspicious that 80-90% of these so-called refugees are in the 20 – 40 age group and are almost all males?
There has never been a mass exodus of this type before. Previous refugee movements of this magnitude have all age groups represented. I know, as my family was in one in the 1920s, and the ages were from babies on the way to men and women in their 80s. Refugee movements during and after WWII also had all age and gender groups represented as did the Vietnamese. In fact if there was any group with a low representation it was males of fighting age.

  7. Pamela Geller’s take on this issue of “refugees” …
    http://pamelageller.com/2015/09/story-told-by-father-of-drowned-toddler-aylan-kurdi-is-full-of-holes.html/
“Abdullah Kurdi’s story is made-up. But his lies are now being used and rewarded by the media in full blown propaganda, while pressuring policies to force Europe to take in more economic migrants who have never experienced a war zone. The dead toddler pornography is a dream-come true PR campaign serving ISIS and their overwhelming Muslim supporters.”

“Abdullah was never on that boat to watch his wife and children drown. That’s why he was the only survivor. The first time he learned of their death was from the hospital after the photos of his young son was circulating in the media. Listen to all the contradictions and holes in his story.”

and I have 1 question in all this mess.
Does anyone in Stephen Harper’s PMO read http://www.smalldeadanimals.com ?
    or,

    or,

It’s not like it’s being completely ignored, only by the statist fellating msm.

  8. Might I suggest that the Saudi’s take these refugees. They caused most of this problem and they perpetuate it. They have used the Palestinians for decades. Saudi Arabia has massive tracts of unoccupied land to situate ‘camps’. I can almost guarantee some resolution would be found if this relocation actually happened.
Of course it will not happen. The Saudis are smart enough to know that they are hanging on by a thread now. At some point the chickens will return to roost. I suspect western
politicos and do gooders are simply drinking the sophisticated PR koolaid ran by the Arabs. Have forbid accountability ever gets worked into this equation.
Since the Saudis are busy subverting our Canadian oil industry I would even be willing to pay an extra $5 a barrel on crude oil to help fund my suggested refugee camps in Saudi Arabia.
No work you say? Many of the kids can be used as camel jockeys for the pleasure of their landlords and the parents can hoe weeds in the Roundup free wheat fields.

  9. “Paranoia running wild here, to the surprise of no one.”
    Oh dear, yes.
Reminds me of Hans Rosling’s chimpanzees for some reason.

  10. JJM >
LOL, listen to the “Arab Spring” supporter.
Many of us, myself included have lived in in these very same NA/ME countries for many years. We know what we’re talking about, do you?
No, not at all, you only sling leftist vitriol with your retarded troll brethren NME666.
Oh oh I must be racist against chimpanzees now, yes?

  11. Assuming the story of the death of the famous child is true, the unfortunate reality is that there is one person, and one person only, who is responsible. The family was not attempting to escape Syria, they were safe in Turkey. The decision to get on the boat, for whatever reason, rested entirely with the parents of the child. We know that in their culture, the mother did not get a vote. It was the father who made the decision to place his child on the boat. He, and he alone bears responsibility. Full stop.

“Paranoia running wild here, to the surprise of no one.”
And morbid self-destructive Pollyanna naïveté runs rampant in the ranks of the reality challenged – to no surprise of the rest of us objectively well-adjusted folks . What’s next Curious, another round of full monte denial after our next ISL murders?

  13. Obama and his Arab Springy are now invading,
and causing the eventual destruction of Europe.

Maybe they will nominate him for another Peace Prize?

  14. I think there may be some truth in that. I was disgusted with the Globe coverage of the refugee crisis. All those “holier than thou” journalists trying to shame Canadians into taking more refugees — never once considering risks or criticizing the lack of response by Arab nations. I am convinced the “more refugee” crowd is looking for a pat on the head — see how much better we are than the Hungarians, etc. Too many Canadians are the proverbial “useful fools”. Where will it end? Probably with the useful fool Justin as PM. Heaven help us.

  18. All 3 times you made great points though!
The phenomena is a worthy subject. It’s an epidemic in this country. A veritable sanctimony contest where people don’t analyse a situation beyond the point of grasping at the opportunity to make themselves appear more caring and Holy. It’s the same rabid form of non-thinking that yielded anti-Americanism in Canada.

  19. “A veritable sanctimony contest…”
Yes, talk is cheap and as usual, it’s important not to view these refugees for their own sake but rather as a convenient stage prop in the unending theatrics of convincing ourselves how wonderful and caring we Canadians are (except that awful Harper fellow and his dictatorial and militaristic regime in Ottawa of course).
The refugees don’t need our sanctimoniousness, they need our help (some of which will have to involve “tough love”).
But feeling good about ourselves is so much more convenient and cost-effective than, say, providing meaningful assistance, including terminating the Syrian civil war and crushing the Islamic state.
Alas, those last two are particularly difficult and troublesome objectives, demanding the kind of determined bloody-mindedness that I doubt we are quite prepared to adopt.
Besides, it’s election time and we have other truly life-or-death issues to deal with right here at home – like, er, the trivial peccadilloes of Mike Duffy and legalizing pot.

  20. Why pay thousands to take a dangerous raft from Turkey to Greece? They share a 100+ km land border, including along a muddy creek with nobody around, as can be seen on Google Maps Streetview.

  21. My personal solution to the EU immigrant crisis – the Australian model :
Pick an impoverished country, (Nauru or Papua New Guinea, but, sadly, they are too far and also taken).
    Get one nearer, preferably Muslim.
    How about Albania?
Give them lashings of cash to set up refugee camps under UN supervision – allow for the corruption. Lots of work for the Albanian Boys.
Let all EU countries come and interview and take a leisurely pick of whom they want.
Eliminate the ISIS plants and other non-desirable jihadis into gaols somewhere near Tirana, (EU funded).
Send the rest of them back to Turkey or Libya or from whence they embarked.
Result, when the news gets out – not very many migrants attempting the journey and gradual disappearance of “smugglers”.
Crisis solved, except for the bleeding hearts.
