91 Replies to “Zimmerman Acquitted”

  1. Self-defense, nuff said.
All the other protestations (Nancy Graceless, Jane Velez Mitchell, etc), are just completely ignorant of the laws, and allowed emotions and politics to overrule common sense.

  2. Are SDAers still convinced women aren’t capable of voting or making rational decisions?

  3. I think we should congratulate these brave Women for having the guts under threat with pressure. To do what their conscience dictated, not the States obvious conniving with the Judge to thwart Justice .
A tip of the hat to these Ladies for standing for the Law, not the lawless.

  4. As I said, God be thanked. As Mr. Zimmerman is doubtless unlikely to be safe from the black mob in Florida for a long time to come, the least he is now owed is all the help he needs in starting a new life with a new name as far away from Barry and Jezebel’s community as possible. North Dakota has plenty of work for able-bodied men willing to work.
As it is, rest assured Barry and Jezebel, mad with fury at being “dissed” by the good people of Miami, are assuredly on the phone as I type this, giving their community the order to show the “crackers” and “MFers” how.

  5. I’m expecting to see one of Kate’s ‘Why Is There Always A Big Screen TV?’ posts here in the very near future.
    .

  6. Black people acrossed America need to rise up against the Hispanics, and buuuurn Detroit, Chicago, Washington, LA and Sanfransicko………….
Common brotha’s and sista’s burn em all to the ground!

  7. Oh, I’m pretty damn sure that had the result been guilty the large anti-female conservative mob around here would have been ranting about the emotion-based stupidity of women.
The women on that jury will now have to endure threats of violence to themselves and their families that most of us can not imagine. They made the right call despite this and the incompetence/corruption of the US justice system. Bravo.

  8. Yeah well, “that sweet family” hopes of winning the lottery with a wrongful death lawsuit are gone with the wind.
Holder and the DOJ, still has the FBI investigating Zimmerman with a civil rights violation….we shall see…things didn’t turn out the way they planned/hoped.
However, everybody from the judge, the reverends Jackson and Sharpton,to Erich Holder, the New Black Panthers, and perhaps OBOZO hisself will face litigation/prosecution.
It has been a bad week for the donkeys…first LCC becoming law in Illinois and now Zimmerman being acquited…..
This makes 3…counting the failure to ram through more gun laws after the Sandy Hook event….

  9. On a hot summer night ………………
The media stoking the fires of “outraged” diversities.
    What could go wrong?
You took the words right out of my mouth.

  10. The right decision has been made. This should never, ever had even seen a court room. It was totally politically motivated prosecution. It, as his lawyer just said moments ago. It is a self-defense case not a civil rights case.
Of course the race baiting bigots named Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson et al; won’t think so (they already don’t). But, I don’t worry about those racists as they are just useless pieces of human excrement that neither deserve our attention or thought.

Mark O’Mara is amazingly classy as well. The people at legalinsurrection love him to bits as well. Both of them were threatened. I hope no harm comes to them.
Zimmerman’s life has been basically ruined and it’s a darned shame. Mark O’Mara said as much on CNN.

  12. Now the race pimps speak. (Not so)Sharpton has already started fomenting riot.

  13. And I am grateful to Mark O’Mara for taking a swipe at the media. They have acted in a shockingly reprehensible manner and even after the verdict continue to spew hatred and lies. Shame on them.

  14. Alan Dershowitz put this case pretty much in a nutshell, when he said the state’s prosecuting attorneys should be disbarred for their conduct in it. Among other things, these public officials sworn to upheld the law withheld evidence from Zimmerman’s defense team, and peddled a sorry to the jury that Zimmerman had shot Martin ” because he wanted to .” This statement came from a man who did not cross-examine Zimmerman, or had any other factual basis for it.
While they are at it, they should disbar the judge, who permitted the prosecution to run amok.

  15. At the Huffington Post, the page is blacked out on top and bottom, like a wartime loss, with:
    Not Guilty*
    *But Not Innocent
I’m not linking to their crap.
The jury is 5/6 white, 1 minority, NBC can’t help themselves though:
    http://www.westernjournalism.com/nbc-incorrectly-claims-zimmerman-jury-is-all-white/
*some are mentioning in Twitter that B. Hussien / Eric the Witholder will look at bringing federal charges, double jeopardy not being a big deal to these types.

  16. Good. I’ll bet money that Eric Holder’s brownshirts arrest him on Monday on some trumped-up civil rights charge.

  17. TrueNorthist, could you please provide a link for Mark O’Mara taking a swipe at the media? I’d love to see it.
I watched a five-minute clip with a back-and-forth between Don West and the judge. Man. She seemed utterly incompetent. ‘Kept shuffling papers and being downright belligerent. She didn’t address Don West’s concerns and then adjourned the court for the night.
Where does the court get judges like this? Who does she know? She doesn’t seem intelligent enough to have passed the LSATs — or whatever the American equivalent is, let alone have become a judge.

  18. Good for Zimmerman that the women jurors decided to make the right decision rather than make a political conviction.
    What Lev said.
Obama should be ashamed for opening his mouth about this case. This is probably a first in American history.

  19. batb
The media showing a video clip, slamming them? C’mon……
It’s too true, they will omit it’s existence.
But Piers is still talking about the skittles kid. Maaartin was less than a year away from being able to joint the army and do his own killing.
    Some “child”

  20. CNN has comments enabled and the counter of comments on the article auto-updates. It’s insane to see it ticking up several comments every second.

  21. A bad day for politically correct lynch mobs and media rail-roaders.
Highly doubt riots will happen. The LA riots were the result of decades of abuse at the hands of the institutionally racist LAPD.

  22. CNN? Are you some kind of communist?…. 😛
Yay justice was served and please let there be no riots. And methinks it’s time for Zimmerman to change his look again!

  23. Excellent verdict! It was obvious all along (I’ve been following this via many sources). The judge should be disbarred. The prosecution simply did what they were allowed to get away with. The media was (as usual) shameful.
Zimmerman still has a mountain to climb. I wonder if his legal bills are covered by ObamaCare? Poor bastard and his family will have to disappear for ever.

  24. I saw a video of the judge asking Zimmerman if he planned to testify on his own behalf. She also asked if he had discussed it with his lawyers. Duh. I guarantee this was only done to call attention to his failure to testify. Her Honor is of course a Democrat, but she was appointed by Jeb Bush. Even when we elect Republicans we lose.

  25. Caught a snippet of Nancy Grace(less) signing off. She was very close to tears and still beating the racist drum.

  26. The usual suspects like to talk about why GZ chose to follow Skittle kid. Which, in their leap of faith, makes him guilty of racial profiling (OMG).
None of said usual suspects are dealing with the fact that Skittle kid ININTIATED the violence, and was beating on GZ.
Self-defence…….a minor detail the leftists and race baiters conveniently overlook. Doesn’t fit the meme. Disgusting!

  27. I’ve been watching MSNBC since this broke MHP and the anchor girrlll that looks like Beetlejuice’s girlfriend are taking this hard…

  28. sync
GZ was supposed to take a beating, like a man……or something like that. How dare he try to fight back against a black man.

  29. I don’t think you understand. If Obozo had a boy he would look just like Gold Teeth NO_LIMIT_NIGGA and as such is incapable of wrong doing. He should come out tomorrow and say that the Court and Jury were stupid for not finding GZ guilty. No doubt he’ll just be a really big help.

  30. At the Huffington Post, the page is blacked out on top and bottom, like a wartime loss, with:Not Guilty**But Not Innocent
I’m not linking to their crap.Posted by: marc in calgary on July 13, 2013 11:28 PM

I just looked at HP and that isn’t true at all.

  31. I’m not surprised that Huffington Post took it down, a screenshot was taken and posted by Michelle Fields who writes now for PJTv and Next Generation with Allen West. It remains on her Facebook page here:
    https://www.facebook.com/michellejoannfields
Oprah Winfrey was apologizing for tweets as well…
    http://twitchy.com/2013/07/14/oprah-apologizes-for-post-zimmerman-verdict-tweets/
Jim Treatcher who writes for The Daily Caller had tweeted about someone from the NY Giants who said Zimmerman wouldn’t last a year, it sounded somewhat ominous and the NFL guy deleted it, seconds after Jim had screenshoted it.
So I’d expect anything you / we see that’s a bit controversial in this matter, to not last too long, those that rely on emotions to rule their world may be a bit quick to hit “send”.

  32. I only mentioned CNN’s comments as Kate has linked to the site, possibly as it shows the story from the MSM angle, there’s a good selection of videos, I don’t know… it isn’t one of my regular haunts.
and, No, I am not now nor have I ever been a member of that group you refer to. 🙂
    +54,000 comments @ CNN now…

  33. Alec Baldwin tweets were only good for just under 2 minutes:
    http://twitchy.com/2013/07/14/alec-baldwin-insta-deletes-his-verdict-on-florida-a-fcked-up-parallel-universe/
Marlon Wayans, I don’t know who this person is, but his Twitter is full of anger, he apparently is moving to Paris.
    http://twitchy.com/2013/07/13/its-ngga-season-marlon-wayans-tweets-epic-meltdown-about-fat-guck-zimmerman/
Great to see that Michelle Malkin (twitchy) was on her toes tonight.

  34. Celebs react:

Ellen Page: “If u really believe racism isnt a massive problem, that the oppression of minorities is not a horrific and systemic issue. U R in denial.”
Mia Farrow: “I don’t understand this. At ALL”
Steve Harvey: “A Child is Dead & The Man that Killed Him is Free & Again The Child is Black…My Country Tis of Thee?”
Richard Dreyfuss: “It’s 2013 and an American jury just acquitted a man who admitted to stalking and killing an unarmed child.”
Judy Blume: “Not surprised. But distraught. Saw ‘Fruitvale Station’ tonight. How ironic to come home to this verdict.”
Kate Walsh: “Zimmerman verdict sickens me.”
Kat Dennings: “I can’t handle this. All that really matters are Trayvon’s parents, and making sure nothing like this ever happens again.”
Questlove: “this might be in bad taste but in light of this verdict? i really INSIST you people see Fruitvale Station not now but RIGHT NOW”
Alec Baldwin, who recently quit Twitter (again), resurfaced post-verdict: “Florida is a parallel universe. A (expletive) one.”
Tom Arnold: “Dear Son, I love you and there is no shame in running away from creepy a– crackers. #nojustice”

    …etc..
They should be flash frozen between performances!
