People interested in the truth about this case would be better off going to the US Defence Department’s Military Commissions web site where all the trial transcripts and thousands of related documents are posted.
Of course, that would require some mental effort and an open mind.

Khadr was 15. The UN defined child soldiers as 14 or under. End of whining. I don’t know that anyone objects to a 16 year old age of consent. I did object to grampa legally banging 14 year olds. Prison is not a sentence normally applied to 12 year olds. In think criminal liability at 7 was appropriate because judges could order treatment. As it stands the system can do SFA about a murderer under 12.
