But back to my job: making MO appear to be a fashionista with that keister of hers isn’t just a simple Photoshop tweak. I know I’m no ordinary mirror. I’m a DOD*/NASA digital reimaging system, sandwiched into a Cassegrain mirror matrix. I’ve got a gazillion bytes of nerd-tech miracles under my glass. But still. I was really down last January and needed a boost. That’s when I got a call from my cousin, Earle, who’s a funhouse mirror in Paducah. He told me that transforming peoples images provides a much needed service, can be very fulfilling and an awful lot of fun too.

Larry Bennett @7:31 – a glancing familiarity with pop culture would tell you that I’ve only ever claimed to be one of those things (please indulge me, Cjunk).
But you could do worse than Hamlet, L.B.
Well a different bob, I don’t remember how I felt about former first ladies looks. Other than Jackie non of them were noted as ‘good looking’. Most of them performed their duties admirably. It is possible that MO will likewise fulfill her duties but first of all we have to get past the shallowness of ‘how beautiful she is’. Or the dangerousness of ‘she is the ONE we’ve been waiting for’.
Joe: … or the fact that for her entire career, MO has risen up through the ranks of Chicago’s worst race hustlers, cash bundlers, America hating extremists, and influence peddlers.
… and now she’s shamelessly selling herself as a “celebrity”; a beauty queen; a fashion icon. Not even Jackie O sold herself … she was simply irresistibly provocative.
And finally, it’s MO herself who’s made outrageous statements about being “proud” of her country for the first time, among other things … that puts a great big bull’s eye on her politically, just as it did Hillary during Bill’s presidency. Had either Mrs. Bush made stump speeches and laced them with that kind of rhetoric, they would’ve been deservedly savaged. Same goes for Tod Palin, or Laureen Harper.
Black Mamba: Oh look, I’ve gone and upset you. I honestly don’t have a clue what you’re talking about in either of your last comments, nor do I want to. Men have kidded women about their make up since before Cleopatra, I’m sure, but most like a little war-paint when it’s necessary. I have little interest in pulp culture, and wish not to be even glancingly familiar with it, nor do I know why Cjunk should be indulged! Sorry, you’re way over my head, or else under my radar.
