  15. Meanwhile, a police officer was shot near St. Louis, another shooter in Tennessee, and an anti-police protest in Oakland. And that’s just for openers.
    It looks like someone is getting the race war they’ve always wanted….

  16. Come now folks! The US Constitution says that individuals have the right to bear arms. It doesn’t say that only whites can own a gun. In 1791 when the Second Amendment was adopted, it may have been illegal for blacks who were slaves to own a firearm or a similar device, however they are no longer slaves, or have you noticed. What the Constitution overlooked is what happens after the guns fall into the wrong hands. As a matter of fact, the ”Right to bear arms” or the Second Amendment was challenged in a US Supreme Court case in 1939. In United States v. Miller, the Court ruled that the federal government and the states could limit any weapon types not having a “reasonable relationship to the preservation or efficiency of a well regulated militia.”
    So what happens when 20,000 rebels, who are fed up of policemen, form a militia and decide to have it out with the cops on the streets of New York or LA?? Do keep in mind that rocket propelled grenades and portable missiles are ”arms.” So is a tank. Remember what United States v. Miller had ruled?? Perhaps the British weren’t that bad after all now were they??
