New Rules

Boom.

The wife and children of Boulder, Colorado, terrorism suspect Mohamed Soliman are in the custody of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and the family is being processed for expedited removal, according to the Department of Homeland Security.

“We are investigating to what extent his family knew about this heinous attack, if they had knowledge of it, or if they provided support to it,” Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem said Tuesday. “I am continuing to pray for the victims of this attack and their families. Justice will be served.”

Soliman — who was arrested after allegedly throwing Molotov cocktails in an “act of terrorism” during a pro-Israel demonstration on Sunday — has been in the U.S. on an expired tourist visa, officials said.

Laura Loomer got the scoop.

“A self-proclaimed Palestinian activist showed up with a garden sprayer full of something flammable – witnesses said it was clear but smelled like gasoline – sprayed the group, and then threw Molotov cocktails as he shouted obscenities and watched elderly human beings in flames. . . . The descriptions of the injuries are so ghastly.”

BREAKING: Three senior DHS sources tell @FoxNews that the Boulder terror suspect is an Egyptian national in the U.S. illegally as a visa overstay who entered the U.S. during the Biden administration. I’m told Mohamed Sabry Soliman arrived at LAX on 8/27/22 on a B1/B2 nonimmigrant visa with an authorized stay through 2/26/23, but he overstayed & never left.

I’m told on 9/29/22, he filed some sort of claim with USCIS, potentially an asylum claim, and on 3/29/23, USCIS under the Biden admin gave him work authorization, which expired on 3/28/25.

Awkward.

Israel’s National Security Council has raised its travel advisory for Canada from Level 1 (“no warning”) to Level 2 (“potential threat”), citing an increased danger to Israelis and Jews living or travelling in the country.

The NSC noted a “growing threat from terrorist elements” in Canada, pointing to a series of recent attacks and threats targeting Jewish institutions and individuals. Over the past 18 months, there have been multiple incidents, including shootings, arson attacks, and direct threats against Jews and Israelis.

B’nai Brith Canada documented a historic high of antisemitic incidents in 2024, with 6,219 reported cases including firebombing of synagogues, attacks on schools and Jewish-owned businesses, and several arrests of suspects on terrorism-related charges. The tally represented a 7.4 per cent increase from 2023 and a 124 per cent increase from 2022.

The Tolerant Left

NYT;

Two young Israeli Embassy aides were shot and killed outside an event at the Capital Jewish Museum in downtown Washington on Wednesday night by a man who shouted pro-Palestinian slogans after he was detained, according to law enforcement officials.

The close-range shooting occurred shortly after 9 p.m. on a street outside an event hosted by the American Jewish Committee at the Capital Jewish Museum, behind the F.B.I.’s Washington field office. The Capitol and the headquarters of the Justice Department and the F.B.I are nearby.

Pamela A. Smith, the chief of the Metropolitan Police Department, told reporters at a news conference that the man exclaimed, “Free, free Palestine,” after he was in custody. He also informed police of the location of a gun.

The usual suspect: I am an Open Source Intelligence analyst and will share some findings for Elias A Rodriguez, 31 (Feb 1994) from Chicago, who is the suspect of the murders of the Israeli in DC.

Who needed enemies?

Ilan Goldenberg, a former aide to President Joe Biden, told Israel’s Channel 13 that the Biden administration tried to oust Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu after the October 7, 2023, terror attack by Hamas. […]

Goldenberg, who led the Biden administration’s efforts to sanction right-wing Israelis, and who later was the Jewish outreach director for Vice President Kamala Harris’s presidential campaign, told Channel 13 that the Biden White House had hoped to use Biden’s temporary popularity in Israel, and Netanyahu’s post-October 7 unpopularity, to force political change in Israel, especially after Hamas broke an early hostage release deal.

Goldenberg suggested that the Biden administration was even willing to consider non-democratic means of removing Netanyahu…

New and explosive lawsuit brought on behalf of American family members of victims of Oct 7th & Israeli Columbia students against Nerdeen Kiswani, WOL, Columbia JVP and SJP, CUAD, and and Columbia students Maryam Alwan, Cameron Jones, and Mahmoud Khalil. […]

The complaint alleges that not only did these groups “heed the call,” they had prior knowledge of Oct 7th. Three minutes BEFORE the Oct 7th attack began (approx midnight NY time), [Columbia Students for Justice in Palestine] activated its long-dormant Instagram account.
