  1. Imagine the border walls you could make with those puppies, eh?
    They’d be virtually indestructible.

  2. And nobody thought of this before they started building them? Because it’s a scam.

    1. Lieberals and their friends will get rich building the bird mincers and then get rich fixing the problem they made … all work will be done by Quebec firms …. because!

  3. it wd be interesting if EVERY PENNY COST of these monstrosities was added up.
some cost wd have to be arbitrary, like a dollar figure to all the wildlife esp birds and ESP raptors like eagles and hawks, their broken bodies found at the base of these demonic killing machines by th multiple thousands.
a possible measure might be the costs of rehabilitating injured ones, and paying naturalists to reestablish populations once the 500 foot vegomatics are GONE.
add it ALLLLL up, and make a comparison of the costs of producing all the kilowatts by traditional means.
its the numbers. and we are numbed by the illogic of it all.
every friggin nickel for mfg, transportation, set up, maintenance, and disposal.
and dont fergit to factor in the environMENTAL costs of billions of tonnes of polluted land and water from the mining operations. and the life long health costs and a ‘compensation’ figure applied to all the kids in ahfricah and chirer whose bodies do not come with a toxic waste filter.
    all of it.

    1. well said on the costs.
i would also factor in the challenging costs for loss of horizons unmarred by the blight of turbine arrays.
what is a natural horizon worth?
I drove across Canada from BC to Ontario in 2018,
I was appalled by what I saw.
      Turbines in the prairies.
Turbines on the shores of Superior.
      Made me mad.

  4. I cringe every time I drive north Superior and have to look at those ugly bird blenders rearing their ugly heads over the horizon at Montreal River .To think that so many intelligent people fell hook line and sinker for this scam is beyond words . Intelligent is probably the wrong description……..

    1. Yeah, W., better back off on the “intelligent” part. There is no evidence of that!
Irregardless of the wind direction or intensity in a group of bird-killers there will always be one or more standing there.
      Inert!
      Lifeless!
      Probably surveying it’s damage/catch/harvest

  5. Yet the wokenuts continue to claim wind and solar generate electricity at a price competitive with natural gas fired generation. Some idiots, somewhere believe them.

  6. The pretence continues. As useless and counterproductive in death as they were in life.
