    1. “On May 1, the Chief Electoral Officer directed that the Citizen Initiative petition verification process be amended. Verification will now include determining if any of the seeded names from the Republican Party of Alberta’s List of Electors are contained in any incoming petition. If any of the seeded names are included, further scrutiny will result. This updated process will apply to the “A Referendum Relating to Alberta Independence” petition.”

Now get Elections Alberta to do Tommy the Commie’s petition, checking for the NPD and Liberal lists seeded names.

I got a lot of laughs watching Tommy tossing around Bankers Boxes, supposedly full of signed petition paper.
Get a bankers box, fill it with paper..bet you cannot toss it around with the ease that that pipsqueak was filmed doing so..
So what was in those boxes?
Did Alberta Elections Staff actually look?
Or just took “random” selected samples and called it good?

    1. As if the pretendian has the slightest clue about running a business … yet she gets to cast a no vote on the future of a company that had a plan for their survival? She knows nothing of business … or the customer … or anything. She’s a truly dull witted fool.

      Oh well … here’s my sign-off

      1. Great song, especially with that guitar opening, but i’ve always wondered if “Greenbaum” was mocking Christ and/or Christians with those lyrics (see also Billy Joel – only the good die young). I mean, the left was certainly feeling their oats in those days, so it wouldn’t surprise me if he was.

        1. The fuzziest ever fuzz guitar is so sweet … and still works as it is such a great hook. Timeless.

If we are to believe this … Greenbaum (from Rolling Stone magazine): “I’m just some Jewish musician who really dug gospel music. I decided there was a larger Jesus gospel market out there than a Jehovah one.”. I have read that he was a folk gospel music aficionado… and yes … this was released in the heart of the Jesus Freak movement of the early 70’s … which included Jews for Jesus.

          1. “I decided there was a larger Jesus gospel market out there than a Jehovah one.”

            Maybe, maybe not.

“Now I’ve heard there was a secret chord
That David played, and it pleased the Lord”

    1. All of England will be speaking Arabic soon enough. Something tells me King Charles has been taking lessons.

  1. Carney’s vision of Canada’s future: a resource barn subservient to and in support of Europe, abandoning a partner with whom the nation currently does 75% of its trade in favor of distant partners who account for 8% of the nation’s trade.

    1. PLANNING FOR THE FUTURE
The US, Mexico and Venezuela will take advantage of the Houthi/Somali partnership in the Red Sea and the Islamic Republic’s attacks in the Strait of Hormuz effecting worldwide oil trade. Plenty of tanker traffic moving thru the Caribbean, Gulf of America and Panama Canal. Meanwhile, Canada sits this out instead of selling oil to Canada’s new BFFs China and the EU.

Report: Somali Pirates Team Up with Houthi Terrorists to Attack Key Oil Trade Route

      1. As our most brilliant ever Sec. of State Marco Rubio said this morning … the Strait of Hormuz is INTERNATIONAL waters … where is the UN? Why aren’t they screaming at Iran that they have no right intimidating INTERNATIONAL ocean traffic into avoiding the Strait.

Yeah … you know the reason why … the UN hearts Iran … and radical Islamic terrorists.

    1. Let’s see if it is a Canada-hating POC, like a Sunera Thobani, the former head of the National Action Committee on the Status of Women, who openly expresses contempt for this country.

      1. Louise (I love the CCP) Arbour is the name being touted,

          1. Goodness, I knew Louise Arbour personally, half a century ago. “Louise the Trees”, we used to call her. Just barely acquainted, though, and she made little impression on me – which I should say, in the context was hardly a bad thing. Most importantly, no blackmail material on her, please direct your enquiries elsewhere,

  2. One of my buddies is a retired flood control expert for rural/agricultural communities. His job was to prevent beavers from turning our rural municipalities and farms into swamps and marches, which beavers will do if left unchecked. He has many amusing war stories about savage beaver attacks and a few scars to prove he’s not lying. Beavers are a perfect metaphor for the quiet man who just wants to be left alone.
