A Glimpse Behind the Curtain of the #HateHarper SJWs

A tour around the Internet today uncovered some interesting finds:

Both are “interesting” reads on their own, if only to see how deranged some Leftist Canadians have become, being out of national power for so long.
While the views of the Red Star are well known to all SDA regulars, those of the National Observer are likely not. A quick search revealed that the editor is one Linda Solomon Wood, who turns out to be the sister of Joel Solomon, the “brains” behind Vancouver’s repugnant mayor, Gregor “Aren’t I fabulous” Robertson. Both Solomon siblings are Americans who transplanted themselves to Canada to inject their version of “progressive” politics into our country. One wonders how many Canadians realize how deeply they’re being manipulated by these foreign propagandists?

What he said.

“Infrastructure, baby!”

The language of Liberals.

Rather, it is referred to throughout as “investments.” This familiar political euphemism is here stretched to cover a passel of increased payouts to favoured interest groups: seniors’ benefits, EI benefits, veterans’ benefits, the CBC, and so on. Still, one thing does emerge quite clearly from the exercise. Whatever else the Liberal plan is about, it is not about infrastructure.

Mulcaring

Team NDP — always on message:

“He is full of shit, frankly. I mean, who do you think you are? You show up, and three years later you are going to be the mayor of Winnipeg. And that doesn’t work out, so, that’s okay, I’ll be the member of Parliament?” Martin told HuffPost.
Martin said his challenger settled on the Liberals only because he thought that party gave him better chances of winning. “That makes you a political slut, too.”

Mulcaring: Friends of Kim Jong-Tom

It’s for your own good.

Just as Tom Mulcair attempts to convince Canadians that the NDP is a safe, moderate choice in the Oct. 19 election, some of his party’s highest profile supporters are issuing a manifesto calling for a radical restructuring of the country’s economy.
The “leap manifesto,” signed by more than 100 actors, musicians, labour unions, aboriginal leaders, environmentalists and other activists, aims to pressure the next federal government to wean Canada entirely off fossil fuels in as little as 20 years and, in the process, upend the capitalist system on which the economy is based.
[…] among the celebrity signatories are a number of prominent NDP supporters, including former Ontario NDP leader Stephen Lewis, father of Avi, who gave a rousing introduction for Mulcair at a campaign event in Toronto last month.

Along with the usual suspects.

Mulcaring: “Here’s some money, you ignorant old rednecks.”

Now is the time at SDA when we juxtapose!
Toronto Star, September 13th: Thomas Mulcair promised the NDP, if elected, would spend $1.8 billion over four years on Canada’s seniors.
Grande Prairie-McKenzie NDP Facebook Page, September 14th: “…some folks in the Peace will forever be trapped in the ignorance of their parents and grandparents and they actually think they are thinking for themselves … Folks have been afraid to speak up against ignorant rednecks for far too long up here.”
