O’Reilly concludes that one of the solutions is mandatory treatment for drug abuse, but I think this misses the point. Drug addiction treatment center’s recidivism rate is high. Many return to drugs once released.
We need to encourage strong nuclear families that raise children within a moral framework centered around values like:
Beware of softer, easier ways thru life
Get a job skill
Get a job
Don’t lie, cheat, steal
Etc
Progressives see this as racist.

Yet … the current socialist slogan is: ”Capitalism is exhausting”
Hence your admonition to avoid the softer ways thru life is anathema to these Socialist operated Blue cities and States. They SEEK a softer way thru life than the “exhausting” dog-eat-dog … always improving yourself … mean … capitalist system.

Advance and improve in your job
Make smart life decisions
Be frugal, live within your means
Build a family – living for others beyond just for yourself

This. Especially when forced. An addict must hit absolute rock bottom & want treatment in order to stand half a chance of success.
Which is precisely why I’m dead against Alberta’s mandatory, forced treatment. It’s a waste of taxpayer $$$ & does little to nothing to address the problem.
But treatment is still a thousand times better than Dipper drug dens that just hand out free dope. Those just encourage more drug abuse. They also tie up resources because EMTs are busy dealing with ODs instead of actual emergencies.

Zombietime was an incredible REAL view into the demented depravity of the left … and esp. every letter of the LGBTQueer-madness. Where terms like “pride” get exposed as a wretched farce.

I worry that the oncoming stagflation crisis could derail a Republican victory in 2028. But themmis-governance (corruption?) In San Fransico, Chicago and New York could act as an example to voters as to how democrats govern. Starting with Obsma democrats have been pro-orgnized crime.
