   All that snow seems to bring out the playfulness in everyone…police and young folk just having a little fun. It’s a scene right out of a Dickens novel.

2. I am not happy with a lot of things which the municipal government does in Regina, but they are “on it” when it comes to snow removal. Clearly, they have watched Game of Thrones and know that every year, “Winter is coming”!

      There are a lot of places in the USA where it’s the cops keeping everything f-ed. They protect the criminals and afflict the law-abiding.

            In the summer they throw rocks. Winter is better.

            But, sadly, NYPD has brought this on themselves. Nobody respects a crooked cop. Giuliani cleaned them up, but now they are dirty again. And only getting dirtier, because that’s how Communism works.

            Metro Toronto Police are bringing the same thing down on themselves right now, and the OPP. Everybody knows what’s up. Nobody says anything. Until there’s a problem. Then, the ‘snowballs’ come.
