    1. It’s not her fault. It’s the Patriarch’s fault. How? The ergonomics of the semi-cab are designed for an average male … who measures taller, and with longer arms than the average womyn. The patriarchal truck designers deliberately and purposely, put womyn at a disadvantage … Right?

       That’s why she can’t reach the light switch … or even find it … because the steering wheel is at the wrong height for her eyes and blocks the instrument panel.

11. L – Recently, I was speaking to someone, who teaches driving big rigs for 1A , as it’s called in Canada. The company, he works for has a simple work around for the problem. The students have to learn to drive a truck with a manual transmission. Problem solved. I’m guessing that functions as both a test of driving skills and IQ. .
