Watching things like this the feeling I have is that the joke is over, but these activists don’t understand that. They think everything is fine, and the world is still happy to fund their little song-and-dance routine.
I recall how shocked they all were that the public did not react well to their funny videos during Covid. Tone deaf and oblivious to the realities of the situation.

She seems to have a lot of time on her hands, outside of being a “Emergency Physician”
