  1. This is hilarious. Since when can a district court judge order the White House to let people into it’s press briefing?

And since when is attending a press briefing at a secure government facility a ‘constitutionally protected right’?

Oh, and since when can a judge over-rule the President in his own house? There’s that too. I’m smelling some judicial branch over-reach.

    1. It’s straight-up lawfare. Either Trump obeys the order, in which case he’s thwarted and looks weak while the appeal gets slow-walked; or he defies the order, in which case he’s an out of control tyrant and they impeach him. Again.

That’s what they really want: they want him to just ignore one of these BS orders so they can scream Constitutional Crisis again.

  2. A Federal Judge ruled against PDJT. Yawn.

BTW … this is a TRO not a final judgement … which appears to be missing from every article I’ve read on the topic. CNN has no 1st Amendment right to be admitted to the WH. And they are no more a legitimate News outlet than some crazed, wild-eyed, Lib of TikTok producing “news” from the front seat of their EV. Nor is Politico or MSnowandthen. I await the SCOTUS certification of Trump’s decision.

    1. But, but, but I want to know what the current temperature is in Bahrain and Bingjing
      C’mon K, jeez…

  3. When Carney blocks the free press from access based on ideological leanings, people rightfully decry the attack on free speech and a free press. When Trump does it, his sycophants, including the same people, run to his defense.

    1. Not necessarily. The magic negro tried to ban FNC. The other networks protested. So I was not supporting the decision this time either.
Better to keep your enemies closer than to throw them out. The garbage networks are doing themselves in all on their own. Why slow it down?

Is it hard to type while yer head is up your A$$hole????
You don’t even understand the issue!

      1. GYM, the resident amateur proctologist, has encyclopedic knowledge of heads in asses. He’s had so many heads in his ass for so many years, he identifies as a…wait for it…colon!

        Hi GYM the fag!

    3. But the Trump administration hasn’t attacked free speech or a “free press”. It simply doesn’t allow some of it access. CNN and all the other Democrat fronts are free to broadcast whatever nonsense they choose to.

    4. Frankly, that’s an idiotic comment. Trump is not banning the press; this is not remotely blocking the free press from reporting whatever they want. The losers just can’t do it from inside the White House any longer

      1. ” The losers just can’t do it from inside the White House any longer”

Exactly. They can still fabricate and ‘report’ their lies anywhere and at any time, just not inside the White House.

    5. “When Carney blocks the free press from access based on ideological leanings…”

Talking about Rebel News? I think 12 seconds of searching will reveal they got kicked out of a leadership debate in 2021 by the “Leaders’ Debates Commission” not the PMO, and kicked out of Alberta provincial parliament in 2016. Both reversed in court because illegal.

The federal government of Canada is passing laws criminalizing speech that they don’t like. There’s three of them passed now.

By contrast Trump banned three private companies from attending briefings at his official residence. The White House. Which I’m fairly confident he is allowed to do under US law.

Yet another false equivalence. One of those things is not like the other.

Also, since when is it not allowed that you cheer for your side and boo the other side? Kinda sucks that I have to cheer the USA and boo Canada, but here we are.

    6. “When Carney blocks the free press from access based on ideological leanings, people rightfully decry the attack on free speech and a free press.”

Who does that? Certainly not our bought-and-paid-for ‘news media’…dead silence from them.

” When Trump does it, his sycophants, including the same people, run to his defense.”

It’s not based on “ideological leanings”, it’s based on their complete willingness to tell blatant LIES about President Donald Trump (even long after those lies have been exposed and debunked).

  4. Add this to CNN’s woes: Elon Musk
    https://www.semafor.com/article/09/23/2026/paramount-weighs-tapping-musk-for-equity-investmen
“Paramount, looking to firm up its financial picture as it digests Warner Bros. Discovery, is looking for fresh sources of cash. Executives at the company have discussed asking Elon Musk to become part of a syndicate of equity investors into Paramount, according to people familiar with the matter.”
“Larry Ellison invested $1 billion in Musk’s 2022 deal to take X, formerly Twitter, private. He also invested in Tesla in 2018, and served on the company’s board of directors for years.”

    Pearls clutched

    1. I’m old enough to remember when Musk was mocked for buying Twitter as a monumental financial misstep that would bankrupt Tesla and all his other companies … not to mention crater Twitter (‘X’)

  5. CNN is free to keep putting out its Democrat propaganda. But there is nothing to compel the White House to engage with CNN….nothing at all….not even idiotic pronouncements from Democrat shills with robes.

  6. A buddy of mine and his family got a personal tour of the White House a couple weeks back and both of his adorable daughters got their pictures taken standing behind that press room podium. Cutest pix I’ve just about ever seen. Future Karoline Leavitts for sure.

  7. as l see it, 1st amendment says you can get on a soap box and make all manner of pronouncements.
    the right to SPEAK.
it does not and never has been a right the HEAR. stuff.
press briefings are a lot of HEARING a *press secretary* SPEAK.
have there been press briefings where the only one to speak was the press secretary?
    ie no questions entertained?
but, again, were the reporters ALLOWED to be there or had the RIGHT to be there?
    there is something backwards here.

  8. CNN is for those Drooling Derangement Syndrome types, that still worry and fret over the WH ballroom construction, the oversight of it by bAd OrAnGeMaN, and how it terribly affects their personal lives

  9. Press Room access should be given to the likes of CNN and whatever that outfit is that used to be MSNBC. Doesn’t mean their shrill shills can be called on during those briefings. Just ignore them.

  10. Tempest in a teapot. I’m glad that CNN has some hard hitting news to report; it’s been a slow news week.

  11. It’s funny when Canadians – tuned to ttheir bought-and-paid-for propagandists – think they can comment on what constitutes a free press.

  12. My bet is on aliens piloting an asteroid headed to Earth so they can vote in the 2028 Presidential election – all hands on deck so to speak. Try and beat that – 3 conspiracy theories in 1 sentence.
