        1. Indeed it sounds like one. I don’t think it is the final straw. Creature like Witkoff will probably manage to patch things up for another round of pointless meetings but it seems like Trump’s patience is wearing thin. And that in turn suggests that Pootin overplayed his cards.

        1. Clearly those responding care, if you don’t like it then f*@$ off to your safe space. Your lame attempts to shout down your betters yield no results.

      1. Not to worry. Germany now wants to jump into the fight.

OK, go for it. Just remember last-time.

        1. Germany does not want to jump into any fights. You’re delusional. Also, last time Germany would have won had it not been for Western allies absorbing disproportional amount of German resources into Battle of Atlantic and destroying German industrial capacity and providing russia with equipment and resources that russia lacked. Oh and there is that little detail about WWII starting with German and russian cooperation.

      1. Well yes, but US leaders have seldom really comprehended the banal evil that is russia, Clinton, Dubya, Ogabe, Trump all failed similarly. You can go back as far as FDR and see the same dynamic and willful misunderstanding.
To his credit, old fart Biden was the first president since Reagan that actually understood the nature of the Siberian beast more right than wrong.

        1. Don’t give “the old fart” too much credit. I doubt if he understood what was really going on in Ukraine. My guess is that the industrial war complex saw an opportunity, and exploited it for all it’s worth. That’s why the conflict lasted so long, and as a result, a lot of bad people made a lot of money. Meanwhile, Biden was probably sleeping on a beach in Delaware totally clueless.
I am convinced that Russia would have never invaded Ukraine if Trump had been declared the winner of the 2020 election. I’ve often said that with Biden in charge, there was a chance that we wouldn’t make it to the 2024 election. Obviously I’m glad that we did, but I’ve also said that the damage as a result of the old fart being installed in 2020 was so bad, it may already be too late to avert a holocaust.

I don’t know exactly what prompted Trump’s latest evaluation of Putin, but something really bad must have happened behind the scenes, and I’m willing to entertain the possibility that maybe Putin has flipped a lid or two.

          1. Fair point about Biden but the reactions of his otherwise disastrous administration were better than reaction of most past US administrations.

          2. You are right about Trump likely preventing the Russian “invasion” but for the reason that he (Trump) would have leaned on Ukraine to accommodate the Ethnic Russians in the contested territories. Ukraine is similar to The USA in that it contains many ethnicities, but unlike the USA there is no grand idea of what it means to be Ukrainian. The population is fractioned after centuries of invaders cake-walking in and setting up outposts — most recent, the Russians (USSR).
It appears to me that Trump is the one going off his rocker, but we Canucks should recognise that NY bombast as the same which recently handed our election to the Lieberals.

          3. @doll:

American weapon deliveries started under Trump, Biden only continued and expanded the trend.

Ukrainians were extremally generous to orc fifth column. Much more so than the fifth column deserved.

          4. FC,

Nothing happened “behind the scenes” Trump’s initial strategy was based entirely on wishful thinking, now the reality is setting in. You can’t tame a retarded rabid mongrel.

        2. Biden? Understood heteronormative Putin? So that’s why he, and Jake Sullivan authorized a “Minor Incursion” into Ukraine … and are responsible for 1M deaths? Genius. Pure Genius.

          1. Everytinme you feel a desperate need to insert “heteronormative” into the discussion you just demonstrate that you’re an idiot.

        3. Please. All Biden did was make a few in Ukraine rich.
Now the USA weapon stocks are way down.

      1. There’s been so many twists and turns in this saga, Freddie’s prediction could still happen albeit a little later than anticipated. I’m sure even Trump wasn’t anticipating a few monkey wrenches being thrown into the works.
Frankly, at this point, I can’t even begin to guess what will happen next, but I will say that I am very concerned.

        1. ” There’s been so many twists and turns in this saga, Freddie’s prediction could still happen albeit a little later than anticipated.”

It will absolutely happen, since it can’t possibly end any other way….no one seriously believes that Putin will give that land back, and they also know that no one is insane enough to attempt a NATO incursion into Ukraine to drive the Russians out (and fulfill Jessica’s fantasies).

” I’m sure even Trump wasn’t anticipating a few monkey wrenches being thrown into the works.”

Actually he wasn’t anticipating Zelensky not actually wanting to end the war. That’s okay; Trump will do as he did with the Abraham Accords, and just work around the people standing in his way.

        2. Freddie, like so many other morons like him expected Trump to magically end the war overnight. He was of course wrong like he has been about everything regarding this war. The fact that the war will eventually end is not a prediction.

          1. “The fact that the war will eventually end is not a prediction.”

No, Jessica, the fact that the war will end THE WAY I ALWAYS SAID IT WILL END is the actual prediction. You know, with Putin keeping all the new territory he has gained?

(try to keep up, okay? You’re just boring and repetitive now…)

Putin won: you lost. Reality sucks. Go cry yourself to sleep….

          2. Yeah … Trump shouldn’t have even TRIED to negotiate peace and settlement. He should have done what Biden did for the last 3-years … NOTHING.

Seriously ‘C’ … you’ve got deep seated mental and emotional problems.

          3. @Kneji:

Biden did not do nothing. Biden’s help save Ukraine (efforts started by Trump btw). There was never any chance for a peace settlement. That is a delusion. Biden understood that (or his people did, same difference).

P.S. You forgot to add “heteronormative”.

          4. Freddie you’re a moron, a subhuman and a demagogue. We have been over it. Even Trump, at whose altar you blindly worship, realizes now that Pootin always wanted all of Ukraine.

Russia is never satiated with what they have, russia will always reach for more, such is their Mongol nature. Western help started by Trump and continued by Biden and Euros saved Ukraine.

        1. Apparently that’s what passes for talent among the inbreeding alcoholics.

    1. Great men, the rank and file will go to other foreign units. 39 moths of making orcs good while dealing with Ukrainian bureaucracy burned the commanders. Still they deserve huge credit for making hundreds of orcs good.

  1. If you stop in wales. Wilson’s old special mild. Thank me later. And don’t stop to read the signs

    1. Most of of us are becoming used to the intellectual level you offer to SDA. But once you reach gradec10, you might was to study carefully the difference between “it’s” and “its” and “some one” and “someone”. It’s not that hard — perhaps 10 hours of study for you — to comprehend the differences.

      1. “gradec10, you might was to study”

You can add proof reading to the list of useful skills.

      1. There has been war going on through all of history and we haven’t run out of it yet.

    1. Couldn’t confirm the story anywhere. The Ukrainian Orthodox Church is the same church as the Russian Orthodox Church. It just doesn’t have the treasonous leadership expressing wishes for the defeat of Ukraine and actively working toward that goal. Being a traitor during war has serious consequences.

      1. ” Being a traitor during war has serious consequences.”

Being on the losing side after the war can have equally bad consequences.

        1. “The ceasefire will begin in January, negotiations will commence in late January or early February,” ~ Freddie the village idiot who likes to talk about consequences.

    1. You do know that 155m need to shoot and scoot because the new systems can target the guns in one heck of a hurry and return fire.

      1. I know nothing about weaponry.

I was being sarcastic, as I assumed we are more likely to be giving them away than to ever use them for anything except training purposes.
