    So, he is merely practicing “free expression”… see Article 2 of the Canadian Constitution.
    Can he be arrested for “indecent exposure”? Is the SCOC going to wade back into deciding what’s decent or indecent? It seems out of their range of expertise.

  4. All I see when I try the link is Kate’s X post referencing “this post is unavailable”. When I click Kate’s link in X I see “Hmm. This page doesn’t exist. Try searching for something else.” Evidently it exists for some, but not others.
