Nine years ago, the Obama Administration announced that Title IX, passed in the 1970s, actually required all schools in America to let men into women’s bathrooms and onto women’s sports teams. Conservatives who tried to fight back were told not to bother, and threatened with boycotts or worse. We were told the culture war was over, and we lost.
Today, as I write this, President Trump is signing an executive order to bar men from women’s sports. The defeatists and quitters were wrong. Trump and the fighters were right.

At some point, the far left (progressive moonbats) of the Democratic party will split from the regular left (think Bill Maher). Many (James Carville, etc) have started the split. But based on the recent DNC charades, it looks like the progressives will pull them into oblivion. They dont seem to have learned anything.

Let me just drop this here … the NCAA should be declared an unconstitutional org. that has systematically trampled the constitutional rights of every single one of the athletes competing under their banner. The NCAA should be broken-up immediately. They have thrown a blanket of SLAVERY over all college athletes by defining them as “student-athletes” as though that banner erases these kid’s most fundamental rights … the right to FAIR competition according to biological sex … and the right to be $Paid$ their worth in the marketplace.
The NCAA is a cartel that STEALS $Billions in revenue from the mostly poor young Black athletes who earn that largesse… and redistributes it to the most far-left Marxist institutions in America. College athletics ceased being an “amateur” competition between colleges decades and decades ago. It is a $Billions business. And the actual WORKERS who produce that product get Room and Board and a remedial English education … they receive no more than the most poorly treated SLAVE on a Deep South Plantation. You want to teach the “1619 Project” in these colleges? How about teaching the “2025 NCAA Project”? The NCAA is STEALING from these young men and women … many of whom leave college with nothing more than broken bodies. $Pay these PRO athletes NOW!! $Pay them their Marketplace worth.

Trump can do a GREAT thing by reforming college sports by TEARING DOWN the NCAA and remaking a system that is FAIR to all these young athletes … that GUARANTEES these athletes their constitutional right to the “pursuit of happiness” (translated … the ability to make a living). I would like to see a mass perp walk of all the NCAA exec’s. who chose “trans” over females. Who chose slavery over freedom.

The NCAA is conspiring with the colleges against the athletes, the athletes sued, and didn’t win as much as they would have liked, See: NATIONAL COLLEGIATE ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION v. ALSTON ET AL (2021) which happens to include a whole lot of money numbers.
The NCAA is also a Tax Exempt organization (EIN: 44-0567264) in case you want to look at their 990s and be disgusted.
I know it all quite well. It’s all archaic and should have long since expired. And trust me … the notion that the NCAA is somehow “balancing the power” of NCAA competition has gone completely out the window with the feckless SCOTUS partial-ruling that players can profit from their own likeness and identity.
Players are now being recruited by schools by promising the BIGGEST paydays … BIGGER than their rival school … because Schools are hiring AGENTS to gin-up their “likeness” profits. Players are now switching schools based on the best “likeness” promises. So the central argument the slave-holder Universities is out the window … “parity” … is impossible to manage by NOT paying players … so it’s OVER. College Sports are PROFESSIONAL. PERIOD.
Time to PAY the Players … NOW. Their FULL SHARE … not some weak ass pittance tossed like crumbs by a timid SCOTUS
