1. It’s been decades since I was, unwillingly, in Calgary – at the time I wrote to a friend and said that it’s the only place I’ve been that reminds me of (1980s) Riyadh.

   Thankfully, (and encouraged by the lefty dimwit poster/residents on the Herald), I won’t set foot there again.

   Because he interviews virtually everyone the MSM refuses to interview and lets them speak without interruption. Example: A few days ago Carlson interviewed the guy at Revolver who uncovered the story and video behind the phony pipe bombs planted by the FBI on January 5th. HE must have spoken for at least 15 to 20 minutes without being interrupted to explain what the scumbags at the FBI did and then tried to cover it all up. Great interview

   1. Tucker is not far-right. He is a right-leaning centrist as I see him. I don’t see Tucker as being radical in any sense. Tucker is a common sense thinker. I agree with most of what he says.

         Carlson is willing and able to interview a wide range of interesting guests and to cover a broad range of topics.

         He is by far the most influential journalist in the U.S today.

11. I thought Fox News was right to dump Carlson. It cost them a lot of viewership, but in the long run it’s good for the network. Carlson’s views were getting increasingly strange, he mired FN in some extraordinarily expensive lawsuits, and there were many allegations of him treating staff inappropriately.

    4. Tucker Carlson never “mired” anybody in a law suit. Rupert Murdoch took a dislike to him and the famous law suit was a convenient tool to slander him with. Fox was expected to win the suit, and even if they’d lost it, it couldn’t have cost a tiny fraction of what Murdoch paid. So he was buying something else with his money. Among other things, he bought the right to blame Tucker, in the sure knowledge that every shithead on the planet would believe him. As we see happening.

13. Tucker’s interview of RFK Jr is an eye opener. At the one hour mark RFK describes what he witnessed at the southern border. It is chilling.
    BTW he saw very few Central or South Americans, or families, just young men from East Asia, Central Asia, and Africa. Per RFK, the cartels determine US immigration policy. They are supported by the parasitic NGOs for whom immigration is a major revenue stream

14. Tucker? Well his snark and right wing bonafidies contribute to his popularity, but everyone likes to forget that while on FOX:
    He gave 4 months of air time FUTURE congress Latina A.O. Cortez who would have never gotten national exposure without him.
    He gave multiple interviews to Lindsey Graham a RHINO’s RHIN0 while he was running in a tight race for the senate and Tucker promoted him.
    He gave multiple interviews to FUTURE NYC Mayor Adams champion of the Immigration and Crime Plague ‘s in New York City.
    There are several others as well… Carlson is all about himself and cheerfully deludes his audience with whatever they delight in hearing, he’s happy to oblige and ride on the coattails of whomever to gain viewership. A pied piper in populist garb giggling all the way to the bank.

    1. Georgio, Obviously you never watched TC, at least not much. I rarely missed his shows, and I totally disagree with you summation as well as your AOC/Adams/Graham remarks. Personally I think he woke up a hell of a lot of sleeping/comatose people to the dangers and realities of what is going on in this badly broken world. However, you are entitled to your adverse opinion, even if you are wrong!

       1. Oh, I watched Tucker and still do infrequently, he is entertaining. Some, not all, of his interviews are very informative and give his guests a platform to speak they would otherwise not have available. Of Tucker himself, I am skeptical not of his motives they’re purely monetary, rather of his flexible and non-committal positions

          However Tucker himself, if you watch and listen to him, tactfully avoids espousal or commitment, while nodding stoically in tacit agreement with a guest who acknowledges a populist theme. Look at his work on Hungary’s PM or Brazil’s former. Tucker is a commentator only, smiling, nodding, encouraging the guest to go into detail, etc. His opening monologues are very telling, almost specious, while being provocative relying on the teleprompter cue’s to enhance emotive content and delivery.

          Tucker Carlson is a commentator, narrator and salesmen for the T.C. product; he is not an Originator, Leader or committed populist / conservative.
