In my work life I have done things that many could not or would not do…… Climb power poles..work in cold and heat and for long hours…..work aloft in bucket truck and scissor lift…. deal with power outages and data interruptions….I have had Karens judge my work and managers ask me why it took 4 hours when the book said it should have been three…I have been away from home for 10 days for 4 at home… or away for 5 out of 7……and somehow as a white male I am a privileged person not worthy of the money I have earned.

    It took a deep breath and a resolve that this is what needs to be done today mentality for the greater good for me to complete the task at hand.

    There is nothing stopping the browns and reds and queers and fems from picking up a tool and putting in a 12 hr day.

    But no worries. That didn’t work out for me, so I identify as
    – quadgendered AND furry (I’m the Alpha dog in a pack of Scotties)
    – black (ref. furry, Scotty)
    – religious, but no particular religion
    – no longer middle-aged
    -All my joints creak
    – I owe everybody. Some of them are looking for me
    -I speak fluent jive, pig Latin, Scottish Terrier, and some broken English

    So, I’m all squared away with this DIE thing. They can go bother someone else.

    Been working my butt off for over 30 years and now I found out I just needed to cash in my privilege tokens. Damn. I only have myself to blame when they come to take my home and possessions.

The woman with the $250,000 a year job in an airconditioned office with 8 paid weeks’ vacation, benefits and sick leave who cannot be fired, just told me, a person with9/9 points, that I have privilege. Yeah, I was given these immutable characteristics, and they are a cudgel against me and a stain on all my hard work and sacrifice and that of the generations before me.
    I’ll believe, listen, and follow her leadership/
    The problem is, is that there are so many people that believe these lies. so, she can say it with impunity.

  15. Well, the GOOD news is that Denninger says (and I agree) that the pendulum is finally swinging again. As the world begins to squirm under its crushing load of unavoidable debt, and the interest rates go up (and even the fools in elected office come to realise that the rates CAN’T go down without triggering Zimbabwe-style hyperinflation) and we slide down the slippery slope into deep recession (let’s be honest – Depression), this year (it’s one of his annual predictions) will be when corporations and entities, drowning in debt and facing cutthroat competition from others drowning in debt, will get rid of all their supernumeraries – or go to the wall under the pay-envelope overload.

    And Instapundit says that a BIG reason President (in all but name) Obama went a’visiting to try to keep Claudine Gay from facing the firing squad over her plagiarism was that Claudine Gay was the FIGUREHEAD of Woke; and if she fell, DEI would fall too. And she fell.

    So it’s even-odds that our comfy Johns Hopkins DEI coordinator, sitting in her comfy office on her comfy quarter-million $alary, may find herself out of a job – and nobody else looking to hire DEI coordinators thank you, particularly such high-profile, high-salaried ones as she is.

    And it would be so sad… /sarc

  16. We make fun of it and laugh about it, but these people are serious. If you’re on this list, they hate you. They aren’t playing nice. They don’t want to have a discussion. They want to destroy you. They have power and there are millions who support it and are more than willing to let it happen. They are your neighbors, your co-workers, even your family. It doesn’t seem like something to only laugh at to me.

  19. Is Johns Hopkins promoting the idea that competence and prudence are genetic. Maybe that’s true. In millennia past, if you were from the great white North, Darwin selected for people who could anticipate and plan for seasonal ups and downs in food and heat.

  20. As is the want of socialist/fascist aristocracy in the current era, the woman is doing exactly the thing that she is accusing others of doing.
    Being of another shade does not disqualifies her from the list of things that she is pushing on the juniors.
    The sad part is that they will lap it up and run with it, destroying their existence as they guilt themselves into oblivion.
    They, the juniors are not yet equipped with sufficient reason to handle that …. and that is the aim of the screed.
