Why this blog?
Until this moment I have been forced to listen while media and politicians alike have told me "what Canadians think". In all that time they never once asked.
This is just the voice of an ordinary Canadian yelling back at the radio -
"You don't speak for me."

Cause just maybe the Supreme court will throw it out.
You clearly didn’t bother to listen to what he said. It’s much more than that.

“The Colorado Supreme Court 4-3 Decision Is Pure Nonsense and Can Be Laughed At, They Even Admit It on Page 9

Thank you, Ian!
Normies can use the reaction to this decision as a litmus test . Who will stand up, who will protest law fare, the weapon of choice of the sleazy, sneaky, and underhanded pimps and shills of the Uniparty. It would be so easy to checkmate Trump if they offered something better than their bleak dystopian vision for the future.
They gotta go all in on Trump, cuz they got nothin else.
Not a PsyOp. It solicits the opposite reaction that they would intend. It’s a fallback. It’s ridiculous in the fact that the basis for removal doesn’t exist…………..yet. Trump hasn’t been charged with insurrection…..yet. But, he will be. And, the set-up now allows for the creation of an orchestrated “Constitutional Crisis.”
Sort of like how the Volksgerichtshof operated.
After a fashion. This is the removal apparatus should Trump succeed in his election bid. I’m going to wager that the primary focus of the Democrats is not the the Presidency. They want the House back (and I’ll explain why in a moment). When the Insurrection charges hit, and a conviction is levied…then the Colorado decision becomes important.
Do you really think that the democrats wouldn’t retro-actively attempt to remove electoral votes post election? Of course they would (regardless of constitutionality, they have spent the last 50 years legislating from the the Courts). It would coincide with a third Impeachment, which is the secondary reason the Dems will concentrate on taking back the House of Representatives. The primary reason is when the courts successfully argue that they can retroactively remove electoral votes based on Colorado’s (wait and see & just in case ruling) some other states will follow that lead and Trump could be removed for not reaching the needed 270 electorals. The presidency then goes to the Speaker of the House since the VP would, also lose those electorals indirectly (which is the primary reason they will focus on retaking it).
Sounds far fetched. Sounds unconstitutional and contrary to law. Of course it does. BUT, who controls the Department of Justice? And, how else can you explain the chaotic, “non-sensical” ruling of the Colorado SC?
As I read this morning, the judges used the broadest possible interpretation of the 14th amendment to the point of absurdity and the absolute narrowest interpretation of the first amendment to the point that Donald Trump is the only American that is not allowed to speak. It is simply lawfare. Pile it on. Throw everything and something may stick. Shameful and if Joe Biden was any kind of man, he’d condemn it too.
Thomas, the courts have to be shut down. They are assuming power that the constitution does not give them.
Seems that the Electric Vehicle policies that our government and politicians want so desperately has hit the brick wall of reality…it takes a lot of different companies to make it so.

Another reason.
5th amendment
The US Constitution was not handed down by Hashem. It was devised by men. And if wicked men make enough of a mockery of the law, good men can toss it aside and replace it with something better.
The Elders of Mammon will not deny Trump his rightful place in the White House over the objections of the American people that easily.
Hence the Second Amendment.
This may be a nothing burger, but I’m willing to bet that the “Epstein files” are engineered to point the finger at Trump.
It’s a better bet to think that they going to point the finger at someone with a history of smelling hair, showering with his daughter and annoying pre-pubescent children across the globe.
In a sane world, that would be the case.
By my reckoning, the world lost its last vestiges of sanity in 2020.
YeahWell, You are correct. Anyone who believes there is a limit as to how low they will go to maintain power didn’t pay attention to how many they were willing to sacrifice to keep Trump out of office. I can no longer believe any of it was by happenstance.
The vast majority of the Left elite do NOT want Biden for a second term. This was signaled last week when Obama came out in public and stated that he didn’t want Biden to run again. This was quickly followed by Hillary swooping in and saying she would help Biden get re-elected.
It’s an interesting dynamic because Kamala Harris is firmly in the Clinton camp. Most assume Harris was selected as the running mate due to her “ethnicity” and “sex”. In truth, it was more of a concession to the Clinton camp to avoid outright discord within the democrat party. I think Hillary thinks if she can get him re-elected his days are numbered, and her puppet can move into the big chair during that term.
Yup.
People on the right, being generally decent people, always get blindsided by how low the left will sink. From the left’s POV, the lower the better, because the lower it is, the less likely the right is to see it coming.
In Washington every crime is politically engineered.
What everyone is missing in this whole caper is that the Democrats have once again changed the definition of a word. The protest which was duly authorized by the CPD and had a permit for assembly was hijacked by the FBI, DOJ and the CPD. This was a set-up by the Democrats to remove the due process of certifying the election. There was no open revolt enacted there was a protest that was a legitimate in questioning the election results. If there had been a planned open revolt the CPD could not have contained it with the few officers that were on hand. Had there been a whisper of open revolt then it was incumbent on Pelosi to take Trump’s offer of providing the National Guard to provide security. She didn’t. If there had been any intention of an open revolt then there would have been weapons found in the crowd, there wasn’t. An open revolt does not happen in the spur of the moment.
America has been conned by some dirty lawyers because they have changed the meaning of a word, just like the changed the meaning of vaccine. Parsing the language is a practice that crooked lawyers learn well. Orwell was about forty years too early in his prognostications,
insurrection /ĭn″sə-rĕk′shən/
noun
The act or an instance of open revolt against civil authority or a constituted government.
A rising up; uprising.
The act of rising against civil authority or governmental restraint; specifically, the armed resistance of a number of persons to the power of the state; incipient or limited rebellion.
Exactly right. Look no further than Ray Epps.
My wife (a dual citizen) told me back in 2016 that American politics is a blood sport, and meant it literally: they will resort to murder if that’s what it takes.
They’ve tried pretty much everything else at this point, and assassination is coming up soon on the list.
Watch for civil war (for real) if that happens. Then watch the ensuing martial law to spill over into Canada. You all know JT would seize on that if given the chance.
Sadly I think you’re right. Assassination isn’t exactly new territory for them.
I think the Clinton’s have a few experienced referrals on speed-dial.
I believe there is a possibility for this. The lefty, Democrats, progressives would love this. They are looking for an “incident”. Right now, you know the FBI “Ray Epps” types are trolling the message boards/forums/etc and chumming the waters to fire up the public.
was done a few times before by the Dems to their own . check out Robert Kennedy juniors youtube
No; the court’s decision means a great deal. The highest court in Colorado are black-robed Klansmen who have violated the civil rights of every Coloradan.
Federal civil rights suits must be brought against all who voted in favor, and the justices who voted in favor must pay ruinous fines for those civil rights abuses, and to deter other would-be abusers.
Just election interference and monetary harassment, that’s all it is. And Orson is spewing nonsense on this.
I cut and pasted this from Ace’s page. Apparently, of the seven Colorado Supreme Court justices, the four voting to disqualify are all graduates of Ivy League U’s. The three who voted not to disqualify all were all Denver grads.

I’m sorry but the people trying to save Harvard are part of the problem. Harvard isn’t primarily an institution of learning. It’s an institution of status conferring in which people who hate America gatekeep the American Dream by granting each other little honors and credentials
It’s very hard to graduate from these institutions and still believe your fellow citizens have a right to disagree with you and–horror of all horrors!–a right to take the country in a direction you disapprove of if there are more of them than you, which by definition there are.
This is why America’s liberal journalists are so gung ho for censorship and getting Trump off the ballot and other anti-American measures: Many went to elite universities, where they became convinced that their numbers were in inverse proportion to their right to rule the masses
There are only two options for people with views you don’t like: convince them you’re right with better ideas or silence them. To be an American is to choose the first option in nearly every case. Yet the vast majority of people in power went to schools that endorse the second.
Remember when ordinary Americans whose communities and wages were decimated by globalization and mass migration voted for the first guy to say NAFTA was a mistake and call for securing the border, and the entire liberal political caste said in unison, “IT WAS PUTIN!”
That was choosing the second option, which looks like it’s about politics but is actually about class. They weren’t silencing conservatives. They were silencing the working class who they have contempt for which curdles into absolute rage on the rare occasions that the masses win.
Just part of the ongoing coup by the left.
Part I was seizing the reins of power from Trump with election fraud.
Part I.I was using what worked in that election to prevent the “red wave” in the mid-terms.
This ruling is just the start of part II, holding on to power in the coming election. If they succeed, that’s the end of the USA as we know it.
Presumably when the Supreme Court overturns this, all the bored, entitled, woke upper middle class students in the People’s Republic of Boulder will turn out and burn that community down.
