    1. Too bad that you’re not diverse enough in perhaps in education to understand horseshit and bullshitting are the mainstream media’s operandi that you’re constantly following and quoting from when you’ve lost your vigor…

Television has turned into a total laff fest as you say…I saw it on TV so it must be true.

Our politicians have really been quite a disappointment as rules and regulations crush the Canadian Economy.

  1. WTF. Tried 3 times to post a comment with a link to a Twitter post and it just gets sent to the bit bucket. Feeling my like my recent donation is a bit under-appreciated here…

      1. Bunny, reminds me of a story near my place of birth (Pittsburgh, PA). The county west of Pittsburgh, and bordering on the state of Ohio, is Beaver County. That rural jurisdiction had a branch Penn State campus called “Beaver State University”. But during the advent of internet sites, high schoolers searching for the campus retrieved porn sites. So the august elders running the campus changed its name.

        1. Oh, hey, David. I spent many summers at my aunt’s home in Monessen, PA. A real treat was taking the bus to Pittsburgh. A good book that captures the flavour of the place is American Rust by Philipp Meyer — if you like fiction.

          1. I lived north of Pittsburgh in McCandless township during my boyhood. In my childhood, on clear nights and facing west, I could see the black horizon flicker red, from the Aliquippa steel works. A rust belt city indeed.

        1. It’s not just Twitter links.

This site regularly eats my posts, no links within. It’s a shit platform.

  2. Today the Ukrainian defence minister announced that it is time to consider mobilizing 16 year old children into the Ukrainian army. Yesterday a Ukrainian political scientist claimed the mobilizing child soldiers is necessary at this point and cited Nazi Germany at the end as a positive example to follow. https://t.me/c/1428699099/26242

    1. I think it makes the EV vehicles look like unicorns. So fairy dust and unicorn farts propel the vehicles.

    1. That was a very good, succinct statement from AAPS. Yesterday I tried to post a direct link to the AAPS website with the post about masks and got blocked by the filter 3 times. Very strange.

  3. So… grave hunting is a kind of squirrel?

“The current approach to negotiation of Indigenous claims amounts to collusion between claimants and the executive branch of the federal government, negotiating early settlements while cutting Parliament out of any meaningful role.”
Jodi Wilson-Raybould had deep impact, and not in a good way costing hard working Canadians an estimated total of $60 billion so far. Wow
We’re beginning to see this in the U.S. with the BLM and Antifa class action settlements.

  4. And none of them are willing to do what they demand out of their subjects. How do these people keeping getting re-elected?

(London, UK) Mayors’ initiative calls for car, dairy and meat ban by 2030

A climate change initiative, spearheaded by London Mayor Sadiq Khan, is recommending against buying more than three items of clothing a year, privately owning a car and flying more than once every three years. The C40 Climate Leadership group comprises, in its own words, “a network of nearly 100 mayors of the world’s leading cities that are united in action to confront the climate crisis”, and has commissioned a report making suggestions for how cities can halve their greenhouse gas emissions by 2030…

      1. True GENOCIDE on the Canadian Population currently in effect.

If you thought your in the Twilight Zone episode…unfortunately you are!

  5. We better give more to Ukraine or else. How about we send back all the military aged Ukrainians.
    Zelensky threatens us.

All you Western peacemongers out there take note. If you prevail it won’t be a “good story” for you. Because Ukraine has people in your countries. And they behaved well until now. But it doesn’t have to stay that way. Zelensky in an interview with the Economist:

  6. Lo and behold, CTV LIES about the WestJet “issue”.

Headline says Westjet is reviewing their policies, but the story says NOTHING. It’s sure fun to watch this this silly item attempt to be stirred into a $16 glass of OJ. Clearly, the lines are being drawn. CTV is going into outrage mode, as is GlowBull. CBC taking curious position on issues, they know who the new boss is going to be.

    1. “Lo and behold, CTV LIES about the WestJet “issue”.”

I especially like the part where they claimed that the flight crew would have to deal with any passenger complaints. IF any passengers had complained, of course…but they didn’t.

  7. These new security measures are discriminatory! I am supposed to agree that I am NOT a robot!

    They are anti-robot!

  8. I love Waterloo Sunset. Oddly enough, I had a Kinks day yesterday. Played Face to Face, Percy, Something Else, Village Green Preservation Society, Preservation Act II, Lola vs The Powerman and The Moneygoround, Arthur and Muswell Hillbilllies. Great stuff!
