Maybe because Wilson and FDR didn’t have AI and alphabet gov’t agencies working in their corner. We live in different times now. Scarier if you ask me.
FDR wanted to pack the Supreme Court at one time because he wasn’t getting his way (Sound familiar?) but backed off because of public outcry…Dems and Republicans mind you.
Most called it for what it was – a blatant assault on one of the branches of gov’t. A time when they taught civics.
Biden mentions doing the same thing today and it’s met with “Hmmmmm…sounds reasonable”.

Somebody remind me how “SCIENCE” turns out when secret government departments start phoning people up and saying things like: “Nice medical license ya got there. Be a shame if something might happen to it.”
Because when you look at the journals from 2020 to now, this is what you see.

Down through history governments do become the Worst enemies of their people.
Red flags went up for me when historically “pro-choice” people, governments, leaders etc all became pro-life.
I smelled a rat.
When the Soviet Union fell apart our? intelligence services had nothing left to do.. So they turned around and looked at us.. It remains to seen who will be left standing in the long run.. One nation needed their people more than ever and the other had no further use for them.. Interesting times..
