2. There is no other path to take. You see it, I see it. Ottawa is bent upon stealing everything the west has, and wants compliance as they do it.     What he should have said is “The Canadian constitution gives provinces jurisdiction over natural resources, and realistically that won’t change.”

12. UNDRIP conflicts with the Canadian constitution and cannot be implemented without a constitutional amendment.

    1. UNDRIP has been implemented in BC whether we like it or not. All resource development must have first nation’s approval. Surprising exactly no one, it turns out that a big enough bribe equals approval.

13. No one forced them to agree to UNDRIP. Harper rejected it specifically because it undermined some existing Canadian pieces of legislation.

14. When the carbon tax was introduced,it was the first step to taking back the resources from the west. It takes the revenue from said resources and gives it to Ottawa. Prove me wrong.
