The reason why vaccines don’t work perfectly with everyone is that some people’s immune system don’t respond to the vaccine properly, either ignoring or not responding effectively to the faux threat. So when the real pathogen arrives, their defenses are not prepared. Thus there is still some natural selection happening.

Just like with the Coronahoax, measles is NOT caused by a virus. Measles exists in countries with poor sanitation, and where drinking water is unsanitary. Unsurprisingly measles rates are high in 3rd world nations such as India, the Congo, and Nigeria.

If virus don’t cause measles, why vaccinate anyone?

Including animals.

I am intrigued, what do you mean by “clean drinking water”, for example. What makes it unclean, and how does this uncleanliness cause disease? How do you reconcile this idea with the demonstrable presence of bacteria and viruses in the corpus when specific disease progressions occur, and their absence otherwise? Why, in many cases, does the use of drugs etc. which are specifically designed to attack particular pathogens actually seem to work? How do you explain the great reduction in the incidence of lethal infectious diseases since the understanding of their nature (that you seem to deny) resulted in the development of, for example, antibiotics and vaccines? How do you explain the elimination of smallpox, globally, once a vaccine was developed when the approach to eliminating it was purely targeted vaccine based? There are so many other examples, and that does not even touch on the re-emergence of diseases that were once contained now that the pathogens have evolved immunity to the treatments- despite the presence of clean water etc.
As for auto immune diseases- well, if I interpret this correctly you deny their existence, despite the description/understanding of disease pathways and the success of drug, and in some cases food, based care etc. etc.
