It’s a cultural troll. It’s their way of telling you that they are in charge, and that you are helpless. You will conform. You must. What else is there?

    I heard last week that it’s not going well for Disney World in Florida. The boycotting of Disney is taking its toll. Of course, the high prices aren’t helping attendance, but that dream vacation for the family and kids has become a lot easier to scrap with all the Alphabet and tranny stuff being shoved in people’s faces.

    This article lays out ‘woke’ as the Marxist tactic it is, but “get woke, go broke” is true. The Marxist GEBs pushing the companies and institutions to go woke don’t care about the fallout to the companies that participate.

    I’ll probably recall some specific examples after I hit [Post Comment], but there have been recent reports of many companies that are beginning to reject ESG, woke, and climate change nonsense.

    People (and corporations) are beginning to catch on that there are way more of ‘us’ normies than there are of ‘them’ and ‘they/them/idiots’ aren’t the ones with all the money. The noise and shouting are just to make it seem like normies are the odd ones out and ‘everybody’ is on board with the Marxist BS.

      1. Kid Rock’s reaction is sure ruffling a few peacock feathers. He piled his stash of Bud Lite in the backyard and used it as target practice. Imagine if a Canadian musician did that?

        I made a run to the grocery store for some odds and ends and strolled past the beer cooler.

        The Bud Light section was nearly full except for a small area where I think six-packs of bottles were.

        No takers. The Bud product line seems to be getting ignored.

  13. As someone pointed out, the aim of left-wing/woke propaganda is not to convince, it’s to humiliate. Everyone knows it’s BS but by being coerced into tolerating it one is coerced into tacitly participating in the crime and/or the lunacy. And like all state-sponsored or state-endorsed terror tactics the eventual aim is to isolate and paralyze the individual making them easier to control. As with any abusive relationship, it’s not about love and caring for real victims, it’s about power and control.

  16. I quit “country” sometime in the 90s after Alan Jackson, George Jones, Randy Travis, Keith Whitley etc faded from the charts. I never liked Budweiser. Nike, Gillette, Pepsi, Coke and McDonalds and so many others are no go zones for me. This fall I will switch my mortgage over from TD to ATB. I buy my meat from a local rancher friend of mine. Hopefully in the near future I will leave the smallish city I live in for an acreage far from the city and I will be cutting back my hours to reduce my income for the sole purpose of limiting the taxes I feed to the govt.

    I am over contributing to the system and people that use MY labour to control me.

    1. Today’s country radio is appallingly bad. The songs sound like they were written by a computer and a dumb one at that. There is still good music out there just don’t expect to hear it on country radio. Look at Corb Lund and Hayes Carll, for instance.
