I’ve recently done a deep dive on the JFK assassination courtesy of YouTube’s “America’s Untold Stories”…and by deep dive I mean bathysphere level diving. For the sake of argument if one were to discount half of what the hosts are claiming you’re still left with the impression that the FBI/ CIA and Joint Chiefs of Staff are malicious, nefarious, callous, evil sons of b**ches who’ll stop at absolutely nothing. They’ve basically been running the country since the early fifties.

Someone needs to figure out standing file suit to establish that a private company working in collaboration with a government agency is in effect an extension of that agency and therefore subject to all of the same legal, administrative, and constitutional restrictions.
That would REALLY throw a wrench in things. If you shill for the government you are no longer a private company.
There exists a supreme court case that held that if the government can’t do it because it’s a violation of rights, a third party can’t do it on behalf of the government, acting as the government’s agent. Someone will need a lot of money, and a friendly jurisdiction if they wanted to take on the like of facebook and the government
