It was apparently wrong for Don to be upset because of “those people” who refused to wear a poppy (a symbol of respect for the men and women who fought and died for our country), but it is not wrong for the establishment to be upset because a man refused to wear a rainbow while playing hockey to support…. ya I tried to come up with something epic the rainbow alphabet did but I got nothing. So the same guys who canceled Don for saying “those people” are wrong are now saying that “those people” are wrong but are praised rather than canceled.

7. Some of you probably assume what I would say about the subject. In fact, I’ve already posted a comment about this in an earlier thread.

   But I may be surprising some of you by avoiding the topic of religion altogether, because this isn’t about that. It’s about free speech vs compelled speech, and which side of the fence you stand on that issue.

   Sid and his fellow minions in the media doesn’t seem to realize that standing true to your values against the mob is probably the most courageous action I’ve seen coming out of the sports world in recent memory… More so than athletes coming out as gay, or worse, transgender. It doesn’t take much courage to acquiesce to the fascist gaystapo mob, but to stand against them? That’s a whole other kettle of fish.

13. Vox media just shut down a whole bunch of hockey websites (podcasters, bloggers, etc) or something, a branch of which was in Philly (“Broad Street Hockey”). They were all progz of course and were very very upset about Provorov and spewed their hate towards him accordingly. Well they’re all out of jobs now and I am here for it. What’s the phrase? Oh right – Karma is a *****.

    Years ago we were told to be tolerant. They can’t help themselves – they were, ‘born that way’.

They were just like everyone else…except they weren’t. They had an agenda and it involved our kids and grandchildren. Recruitment is their game.

    Provorov stood up to the Philadelphia Flyers, the NHL and the queer agenda. It took guts and the fans are voting with their dollars by purchasing his jerseys. They are telling the queer mafia to get lost. They had it coming.

    Now they are after Provy. Your not entitled to have your own opinion. You must embrace them or be destroyed.

    It’s come a long way from asking to be tolerant to what it is today. Oppose them and there will be consequences.
