    Shut down line 5 to Eastern Canada. Shut down the transcanada east and west in SK and Alberta. Shut down rail traffic east and west.
    Cut Canada off from all Pacific trade.

    3. Watcher: You would have to have an army to enforce that.The Feds have roughly 4500 armed troops (RCMP) in Alberta and Saskatchewan and they have the weight of the law behind them, what do you have in response?

  4. There is nothing “Just” about any government plan, and it’s being done for the benefit of Quebec…

    We don’t really need a federal government, because it seems to have no desire to engage in it’s primary functions of defence and immigration control, but wants to intrude into many areas of provincial jurisdiction, like the environment, health care, and whatnot

    1. It would be interesting if Alberta and Saskatchewan provided all unskilled immigrants that don’t speak French with the funds to relocate to French speaking riddings in Quebec and Ontario. With Trudeau’s giant population of immigrants coming in, the French population of Canada could disappear as a relevant voting block.

  5. Start by shutting down Line 5 to eastern Canada.
    That means Ontario and Quebec are instantly short 400,000 BPD of Alberta crude oil.
    That pretty much closes Ontario’s refineries. So no diesel or heating oil for Ontario and much of Quebec.
    Shut the valve.

    1. That would be best done on the day before advance polls open, or during the first leaders debate of a federal election.

  7. This should be the issue which the AB/Sask. gov’t takes it up with our citizenry, with a separation referendum.

    The ROC has had +150 years to make a level playing field with AB, and now they’re taking it to Sask. too.
    It’s best that after a separation referendum, we simply declare, and get on with it, and not be bogged down in never-ending negotiations which (no doubt!) the other side will drag on for the next +150 years.

    I can be on board with Manitoba joining, conditionally, if no mention of “equalisation payments” or “reparations” are made.
    These have no place in modern governance.

  10. Alberta’s economy is being shut down by Ottawa while Quebec still buys oil & gas from other countries. Yet, Alberta is full of NDP in the major centers of Edmonton and Calgary. It would be tough to vote to leave with all those commies wanting their perks. You now have a situation where there is more virus than host.

    1. If Alberta declares UDI all treaty end. The same was tried by the Crown with the American Provinces in 1776. And was dismissed. Ottawa and the Indians are SOL, in a UDI. Indians wanting treaty will have to move to Ottawa.

      1. The treaties are with the Crown. Indians are wards of the federal state. They will never agree to separation and if the rest of us decide on UDI I think we will be on shaky legal ground.

        I am not a believer in the native fiction of unceded lands. It does not meet any test of the ownership private property. The native case of, ‘we were here first’, or access/egress does not meet the minimum of land ownership. Ownership of land was a very foreign concept to the NA Indian. If we tested this tho and lost in some international court the game will change dramatically.

It’s too bad Smith isn’t using the big guns and exposing the reality of the Spawn-Fuhrer’s plans – that net zero without a realistic alternative for which there are currently no plans in the pipeline is equivalent to global mass murder. Tripling or quadrupling current electrical grids with nuclear power would be a good start. Until then, Justin’s Just Transition is just an attempt at politically inspired economic genocide of the provinces that don’t vote for him which will likely kill millions starting with brown people in poor countries. The targeted provinces will “initially” still be able to out bid the world’s shitholes for the necessary resources no longer produced there.

    Hopefully, her message can jar a little sentience into Alberta’s urban Eloi who would otherwise consider voting for Ragmeet’s underling.

  19. If Alberta did manage to leave this hellish island I hope they will let me immigrate there. Lived with my uncle there for a short time and have been wanting to go back for the rest of my life but haven’t had the opportunity. It would be very likely that I could convince my boss and employees to move the entire company there… we are “Justin” done with this shit.

    The “Federal Government” of Confederated Canada,has refused to perform its proper roles and has chosen to intrude into the affairs of Provincial Governments..

    With no National Defence.

    What purpose does this “Federal” Government serve?

    A country this big can never have “One size fits all” rules and regulation.
