  1. Not a chance.
Y’know…if Viva Frei ever decided to donate his hair to charity they’d need a dumpster and a garden rake.

    1. I actually LIKE his hair … as it is direct evidence that conservatives don’t look (or think) anything like the caricature painted by leftists. Love the wild hair!

      1. That is still me. Hair half way down my aching back, and unruly beard to boot, brothers.
I look like a fabulous furry freak brother to this day and still conservative in the small “c” big hair sense.
        Fark stereotypes.

  2. Robert:

    et al. (and others).

I just learned: al. is the abbreviation of alii (masculine) aliae (feminine).
    _________

ALL guilty parties? Very close to none I’d guess.
    See: 2008 meltdown.

  3. It should be obvious that given the brazen actions and theft there assuredly will be no consequences beyond possibly one scapegoat. And if they keep their mouth shut there is a slim chance they will avoid clintonside.

  4. This is where I remind everyone that our (supposed) Free Market capitalism will SAVE this clown from ANY prison time whatsoever. How does capitalism SAVE SBF? caveat emptor … let the buyer beware. Outright FRAUD is easiest and safest to commit in the Securities space. Why? Because the SEC places as much responsibility for policing the marketplace on the INVESTOR as it does on regulations … as it does on the Perpetrators. Capitalism won’t STOP thieves … because … well … innovation is risky. And if we attempted to remove ALL risk … then we would never innovate. So … America has cultivated a rich, fertile, land of FRAUD.

I’ve said it before, that I have two very painful … up close and personal … experiences with Fraudulent investment schemes … SEC “sanctions” … and thieves escaping with ALL their Ill-gotten gains. Not me personally … but my mother in law. She got taken for nearly $ half a million … that could have been funding my grandkids college education (or trade school). And yeah … I blame my MIL for not listening to my advice to stay away from these investments … but frankly … she was greedy and wanted to get something (a “guaranteed” 15% rate of return) for nothing. Just like “Mr. Wonderful” was seeking with SBF.

There won’t be a single day of Prison time for SBF or anyone associated with his pyramid scheme.

  5. IF you call a slap on the wrist and a naughty boy scolding prosecuted, then he will be prosecuted to the fullest extent!

  6. Because it also operated as a Ukraine to Dem and GOP political donation money laundering scheme it is especially urgent that he not be prosecuted. I don’t think he’ll be Epsteined but Sudden Death Syndrome is popular right now, so …..

    1. False, or rather there is no evidence for this.

Yes, FTX took crypto donations for Ukraine and turned it into fiat and deposited it into government accounts.

Yes, SBF donated around 39 million to Democrats and the 2nd in command donated around 24 million to Republicans.

But nobody has any evidence directly connecting the two. None.

      1. Fortunate that he was arrested the day before he was to testify under oath before congress eh Allan.

  7. When “high finance” became an industry – apart from investments in industry and commerce – Pandora’s box spewed forth corruption, filth, tyranny.

  8. They ain’t gonna prosecute themselves!

As for SBF, I say we start a death watch. He won’t survive 2023. Maybe not even 2022.

  9. Sam Dakedman Fries is a Joo, garland is a Joo, so nothing will happen to him. Birds of a feather principle applies!

  10. First thought was question was a punchline so I laughed.

Second – No. Of course not. See first.

Third – There’s a non zero chance of clawback from donees. That could be joyful. If money actually clawed back the political class may turn on SBF. Prosecution? Depends on what he knows. A little knowledge is a dangerous thing. Maybe too dangerous for his future respiratory success.

  11. As someone else pointed out the political contributions are in the tens of millions, the money transferred to family is hundreds of millions and the total fraud is several billion. No one will get their money back and he knew what he was doing. The real question is why did he think he wouldn’t get caught.
