Subsidizing the manufacturing of batteries for battery cars while legislating non-subsidized vehicles off the road while having no plans for, nor allowing any substantial (4 times more increased) grid capacity and instead relying on dysfunctional, unreliable, delusional green grid parasites – is proof of monumental deceit, evil, and or monumental ignorance.
Great. So we are to enter into a subsidy war with other countries for international battery makers? How completely destructive and wrong headed. Why not the rubber tyres or organic (AKA petroleum sourced) plastic insulation of the wires in the electric vehicles? Or maybe the insulation on the motor wires; how about the magnets? Maybe we could corner the market in flexible wooden windshield wipers; you know, like the traditional indiginous ones.
I’m sorry, I am getting a little bit embittered with all this green, evil, anti-human claptrap; and it shows through in sarcasm.
BTW early electrical wires were insulated with wound cotton and varnish. There is a reason we do not use that method of insulation now. Just as there is a reason we moved away from wind power as soon as steam and water power became available.
