  1. It was just a dumb parade anyways. This stunt was no different than all the other “election fraud” claims: no substance. This clown also risked causing the votes to not count.

    1. How does several hundred thousand co mingled non counted ballots in Maricopa lack any substance?

      Funny thing, the dead used to provide a significant percentage of votes to bring the Dems to office in a tight race but now the Dems have advanced their game to a brand new level! They were able to convince their living supporters to vote for a dead guy in numbers great enough for the dead guy to win!
      In a landslide.

      Anyway, as I have been saying so many times before, DON’T UNDERESTIMATE THE DEMOCRATS WILL TO STEAL ELECTIONS! The MAGA-hat-wearing crowd were extremely gullible in thinking that they had all the angles figured out, never even anticipating for a moment that the deep state would sabotage the tabulators on election day.

      This is why I am forever doubtful that we’ll see another free and fair election anywhere on the planet, regardless of what the polls say, from here on out. We’ve seen it in 2020 in the U.S, we’ve seen it again in the U.S. in 2022, and we’re watching it happen in Brazil in real time. Brazil is the focal point now. If Balsenaro succeeds in his “coup” attempt, aligning with the military, it will give some hope in the world that we can actually save our democracies. The globalists won’t like that at all.
      Yes… I do appreciate the irony of what I just said, but even Thomas Jefferson said “When Tyranny becomes law, rebellion becomes duty.” Factor that into your evidence-gathering apparatus, Allan.

      Now Kari Lake is promising some hope with her stand of filing law suits after the fact. I found it interesting that she didn’t say anything about “having to wait for certification before filing a suit” BEFORE certification. Why would she not let us in on the strategy?

      I’m going to once again put on my tin-foil hat and say that the reason this is being even allowed is that it provides (false) hope to the masses so that they don’t openly revolt. Trump’s mistake was waiting until January 6th as the election was being certified to organize a rally. Too little, too late then, as it is now.

      2. I will follow all the lawsuits like I did in 2020. If the pattern repeats the outcome will be the same. Those previous lawsuits were defective due to:

        Filing against the wrong defendants
        Courts not having personal jurisdiction over defendants
        Courts not having jurisdiction over the subject matter (filed in federal instead of state court for example)
        Plaintiff not having standing
        Laches doctrine
        Mootness
        Relief requested cannot be given by the court

        Any ONE of these will cause a lawsuit to be tossed. Most of the lawsuits in 2020 suffered from more than 1 of the above defects.

        1. You are technically correct. However, the law is an ass.

          Does it make sense to force an individual to demonstrate that he is PERSONALLY harmed by the election results before a lawsuit can proceed?

          Or, before allowing an audit to take place one must show that it will be successful?

          Or, to give the Secretary of State whose election management is being challenged the right to define and conduct an “audit?”

          The game is rigged against those wanting to challenge elections. “You can’t sue city hall” applies here. And yes, winners, whether Republicans or Democrats, play the game.

          Please answer the question: Which party is in favour of making cheating easier by advocating for universal mail-in voting, “dirty” voter rolls, electronic voting machines, vote counting forever, legal ballot harvesting, waiving of ID requirements and signature matching, legal “Zukerbucks,” unsupervised drop boxes, allowing late votes to be counted, etc., etc.

        2. So… Technicalities? Or is it that the courts just didn’t want to hear the evidence, because if they had, the outcome might of been different, and to hear the media spout off that there is no evidence because all the law suits have been tossed is one of the reasons I have lost faith in government institutions.
          This is why I am not too terribly optimistic about Lake’s law suits. The judges are just as corrupt as the electoral system.

  5. In principle I agree with what you stated, however I don’t want to see out-of-their State military personnel disenfranchised, or for that matter anyone who’s housebound. I’d really like to hear of a workable solution to those voters’ situations.

    1. Committed voters will vote. They will find a way.
      They cannot mail in their votes because that is where the current mess originates.
      Voters must provide ID and a current address.
      They can vote early as we do here north of the 49th, by going to a manned station where there are controls and updated voters lists.
      Voting day is easy. Show up, vote, go home and wait up late for the results.

Sorry to burst your bubble there CRB, but if the polling stations themselves are not open because the equipment has malfunctioned, as it has happened in nearly half (by latest estimate) of the red districts in Maricopa county, I really can’t see how the electorate will be able to vote. Many people gave up and walked away, or deposited their ballot in “door 3”, which got mixed up with ballots that have already been counted, so no audit can be performed.

        And despite Gate’s assertion that no one was turned away, I’m sorry, but that’s a flat-out lie, as people standing in line when the polls closed at the pre-determined hour were indeed sent home.

        Just how can a voter cast a vote under circumstances like this, I would like to know.

            Just listen to some of the testimonials from voters and some of the pollsters manning the “election.”

    2. Military personnel should not have a problem as they are all identified and a mail in vote with a serviceman or womans name should be more secure than even the regular vote. Allow them to vote well in advance and hold those votes for counting on the day of the election. So damn simple it would work.

      1. Is there a (in the US) permanent process in the military, to distribute, certify, and securely transport ballots? They still have their own mail service don’t they?

There’s no greater example showing that every law is predicated with the words ‘or we’ll kill you’. They passed a law against freedom and threatened him if he didn’t obey, and he obeyed.
