  1. “That’s just extreme weather caused by climate change….” “The science is settled…. you must ride a bicycle, live in a high-rise soviet-style concrete box and eat bugs. You might be rewarded with a couple of fresh vegetables (cabbages) by earning a top decile social credit rating. To qualify, you must vote Liberal or NDP, turn in your guns and all ICE vehicles, honor all pronoun demands, and have a 100% non-censored social media record and be available for random rectal searches on demand.” 65% of Canadians readily agree with these terms.

    1. “… you must ride a bicycle…”

Well, in fairness, I did fire up the Hawg yesterday & make a brewery run with a buddy. Round trip was around 170 miles. Temp peaked at 14°, was less than 10 for most of the trip. Coolish, but rideable. Chinook wind in our face on the way out was the worst.

  2. We’re praying for a monstrous winter here, with heretofore unseen amounts of snow and cold, to drive some of the Californicators back to Liberal Nirvana.

Gotta go work on my winter bugout bag now…

  3. Interesting piece, but the writer got the micron/micrometer wrong. It is 1 millionth of a meter, or 1 thousandth of a millimeter. The article indicated it was 1 millionth of a millimeter. The nanometer is 1 millionth of a millimeter (10 e-9 meters).

  4. I hope they are wrong.
    I fear they are right.

Going to be lots of extra corpses this Winter and next year.

    1. rd – “In a mild winter, the increase in deaths (in Europe) might be limited to 32,000 above the historical average (accounting for changes in population). A harsh winter could cost a total of 335,000 extra lives.”

  5. I don’t know whether I’m interested in the weather.. Or whether it matters at all.. What I do know is the politics and money behind climate change is as real as they day is long.. Strangely enough the definition of wether is a castrated farm animal..

Take that for what its worth..
