  1. I’m not saying that it will happen, but don’t be surprised if and when scenes from Sri Lanka are being repeated in British cities..

  2. They made their choice.

Let them freeze in the dark.

Where can I contribute to the STOP OIL fanatics?

  3. It’s infuriating… watch this guy’s first moves and they will be the reasons Truss was gotten rid of: cancelled the tax decrease (no no we mustn’t let our slaves keep more of their earnings) and the fossil fuels must remain in the ground.

    1. Fishy Rishi is said to not be relaxed and easy in public statements, see his performance this week. That’s because he is used to the anonymity that wealth buys, and he doesn’t really give a toss about government, it is something he does to get the participation medal.

    2. “….the fossil fuels must remain in the ground.”

Well under the North Sea maybe, otherwise they will print and borrow more money they don’t have to extract and import from the ME & West Africa.

  4. I hope Farage can rally the troops – it was indeed a coup installing Rishi (Goldman) Sunak. I bet he and Mark (Goldman) Carney are cuddlebugs.

  5. Sunak is a globalist stooge controlled by the WEF cabal which wants to return western nations to a state of feudalism. And to do that, they must destroy the middle class and turn them into serfs.

Sunak might well find his time in office short as well, but not because he’ll voluntarily step aside. Winter’s coming. Watch the UK and the EU re-enact Game of Thrones for our times.

    1. Thucy, “Watch the UK and the EU re-enact Game of Thrones for our times.”

That indeed will be a beer and popcorn worthy event!!!

  6. So … King Charles is really running England. So much for the separation of Monarch and State. Hurry Nigel Hurry! England hangs in the balance.

  7. WEF Rule # 1

Destroy Oil and Gas exploration, Refining and Distribution – World Wide

    ZERO surprise

  8. Fracking will do nothing to ease Britain’s energy woes this winter, given the time it takes to introduce new supply. And in case you hadn’t noticed, Europe right now has a glut of LNG; so much is sitting in shipping that it can’t be offloaded right now. Finally, the UK Labour Party is gaining in public approval right now. Do you really think that having the antisemitic communists take over is a good idea?

    1. I think it is all but guaranteed that Labor and its second-rate Tony Blair imitation leader are going to get into power.

      1. It doesn’t exist at all. This is why investment in oil and gas has declined so dramatically in Europe and North America. There is no government policy stability on energy issues. Until there is, no one is investing anything when it can be reversed in the next election. We know this here in Canada; Stephen Harper had things aligned for a strong growth in Canadian oil and gas exports only to have Justatwit and Jughead come along and blow everything to pieces.

So in the case of the UK, what the Conservatives do, Labour and their lapdogs the Liberal Democrats undo, and vice versa. And the less said about the Scottish National Party and their absurd energy policy the better. So, until you find a way to get rid of the communists in government, nothing of substance in energy means anything.

  9. I still recall during the Brexit vote watching Boris Johnson’s father as part of a media panel lamenting when it finally became obvious that the pro-Brexit side was going to win. He went on and on about even IF Britian leaves the EU that it STILL needs to abide by its anti-carbon energy climate promises. At the time his son, Boris, was actually quite against the idea. It seems that Pops was able to bring him over to the dark side. Now I find it very curious that after making ONE common sense policy change that would have enabled decades of affordable unconventional natural gas production for Brits that PM Truss is quickly replaced with someone supremely motivated to undo her pro-frac’ing policy. It almost seems like that’s all her firing was about. And that she wasn’t fired by the will of the British people. It was the WEF. I pray the U.S. mid-terms escape such absolute corruption.

    1. She proposed a reduction in taxes, and the Brits simply imploded.

Freeze to Death, and Starve, in Poverty.

  10. Good to see UK working to keep the supply tight and prices up. Should be good for Alberta economy and help cement a D. Smith victory in May.

  11. The UK needs to go Dutch. If they made a curry out of the guy, would that be cultural appropriation?

    1. They already make sheshkabob out of white captured English girls in the Muslim quarter of London, after they are used up by prostitution gangs.
Maybe an exception can be made for him.
Wonder if he tastes as sweet.

  12. He just ensured that the Conservatives will drop even further in the polls, if that’s possible.

      1. Lots have been killed already and more to come on the Covid Body Count.
        Millions.
Whats a few more frozen corpses to them, meh.
Add another one onto the barby.

      2. VOWG … the frozen dead people will be used as “proof” of EXTREME weather caused by global warming, caused by use of fossil fuels. Hence … even MORE restrictions on extraction and use of oil.

To paraphrase The Eagles … “… and, Jesus … people bought it”

  13. It will DEFINITELY be reinstated.,

The question is how much pain the rulers will inflict upon the people before they are forced to end this idiotic, baseless war against science.

  14. Truss’ pro-fracking announcement offered a brief glimmer of hope. Now the reversal confirms the UK is sure to experience further decline in living standards resulting from energy shortages and costs. Oddly no one amongst the well off professionals I know seems to realize how important energy is. The other day a smart, personable entrepreneur gaily recounted how he had wasted a whole anxious morning looking for a place in Glasgow to charge his EV. He’s a guy whose business is under intense pressure of the huge increase in UK energy costs. It’s kind of a virtuous self-flagellation for “the climate” that currently inhabits the minds of so many in leadership positions. And these are normally sane people like curlers and golfers! Yikes, we are in for it for a while yet.

  15. Maybe it will take several thousand people freezing to death for the British people to march on Parliament and demand an end to ecostupidity.

  16. Well the proverbial “SHTF” moment is almost here.. Can’t wait to see the GreenieBastards swinging from the lamposts..First snowfall maybe do it. Time to get on ventusky every morning.

  17. “Rishi Sunak brings back fracking ban lifted by Liz Truss”

Which benefits Putin and helps him put an energy stranglehold on Europe.
    It doesn’t benefit anyone else.
