Yup! Kari Lake is willing to directly take on the press. She recognizes that there’s no way they’ll cover her fairly so she has absolutely nothing to lose.
If she wins, which seems likely, other right wing politicians may get some lead in their pencils and quit kissing up to the fake media.
She’s simply superb. I’m in love with everything about her. She’s a great communicator … willing to stand up to ANY question hurled at her like an incendiary bomb. She also knows how to answer a question that she hasn’t prepared for, or even heard about, by calmly informing the Press that she needs more information before rendering her informed opinion. Absolutely perfect. She just doesn’t BS anyone, anytime.
Compare and contrast with your average RINO who tries to make friends with the Press. Tries to appease everyone who hates and opposes them. McCain … Romney … for a couple examples.
And she knew that the “election denier” question was coming, and had the info and the stones to counter the question, and the double standard behind it. (She did the same thing with an abortion question a few weeks ago.)
One thing about the left wing media – they are quite predictable. Comes with being dull-witted, I guess.
That should make them easy to deal with…provided the Cons are willing.
I like how Ms. Lake and Governor DeSantis have conservative reporters covering them, and will engage with them. Listen to the second question Kari Lake received? You know she wanted that question asked. Listen to her chide the media for NOT covering the Hobbs Racism story.
Hopefully your conservative parties will do something similar. Engage with folks like True North and Rebel News and the smaller local news outlets.
If the leftist Press can make STATEMENTS disguised as questions … then why shouldn’t the Epoch News (conservative) media? Yeah … she’s fighting a REAL fight … not a GOPe pretend slap fight. She’s throwing punches that are landing … and floating like a butterfly … so Cassius Clay in her technique.
Lefts are predictable because they group think.
Not being part of the ‘correct’ group terrifies them. They – for better or worse – believe that everything would be better if only people let them be in charge. THEY know best and anyone who thinks differently is clearly just utterly wrong and not worth spending time with.
So since they only spend time with people who think the same way as them they are utterly confused that anyone else would not only think differently, but that there even is a ‘different’ answer.
So we get situations like that where the think they have some massive ‘gotcha’ question that is going to shock and surprise, while instead all the conservatives in the room simply mark it off their bingo card.
Ever since I’ve seen her campaign ad, she took off like a rocket, now she’s all over and she seems more deadly to the MSM than the Donald!…keep an eye on her, she is cabinet material, VP and even the prez in a few years from now…Desantis type caliber here folks.

Reality check here kids. The only people who watch free-to-air TV in Australia are the people who grew up watching it and don’t understand the width and depth available from nu-media. And of those people they don’t watch Channel 9.
