Without the receipts, I wouldn’t trust her farther than I could throw her. Even then, I’d be OK with a lighter sentence which would have to also include total revocation of any professional licensure.

Being fired does not exempt the Public Health Officer/Province from legal action; this for the
medical harm caused by policy decisions not based on the *scientific method and medical
ethics. Also each province requires Nuremberg War Crimes Tribunal 2.0.

Robert Kennedy says in his magnum opus that Roger Ailes (sp?) of Fox News told him that any reporter who interviewed him would be instantly fired pointing out that up to 70% of revenue came from PHARMA.
And of course, a total ban on payments to governments and their regulating agencies.
As is custom of our woke universities with canned MOHs, the University of Alberta and University of Calgary will be crawling over themselves to hire her into their Schools of Public Health.
I’d have to say I had reservations about Danielle Smith from her past performances but she seems to be heading in a good direction. Hope there’s enough support that some momentum can build. Saskatchewan and Alberta together on offence will find very little real resistance in Ottawa other than the typical blather for the cameras
Hinshaw probably has an employment contract of some kind with the province.
A case could/will be made that Smith has in essence fired her. Hinshaw will take a settlement and move on. She undoubtedly has a severance clause in her contract to cover contingencies such as dismissal.
Kenney should have fired her but to be fair she wasn’t even on the radar until March of 2020 when she burst on the scene. By then it was too late.
