    1. Remember during the first Gulf War, more than 30 years ago, how playing that song on the radio was restricted because it might upset the coalition’s Arabic members?

  6. just curious, how far is this ‘digging up the dirt’ gonna go back? the earliest days of tv? radio? photography? artwork?
    hmmm? is some long long long forgotten cave painter going to have their work censored and destroyed for political incorrectness?

    1. I’m reminded of an old Doonesbury comic strip, back when it was still worth reading. B. D. is serving a tour in Iraq and he’s in a Humvee with another officer (Iraqi, I think). They’re both looking for one of Saddam’s bad guys and the Iraqi says to B. D. that one of that baddie’s relatives killed one of his, thereby justifying his hunting him down.

      “When did that happen?” B. D. asks.

      “About 800 years ago.”

  7. Oh, don’t you worry, that famine is coming fast. This winter is going to be fun, for certain definitions of the word “fun” that do not include enjoyment.

    1. True. There will be a famine. What Canada and US will see will be (even) higher prices. Not good.

      Africa and Asia will see actual food shortages. Remember the riots, uprisings and revolutions of the Arab Spring? Food Prices went up 50% and there were shortages of rice and other basic foods. Will it happen again? Biden was VP and this same Washington DC regime were in charge last time. What do you think?
