1. I’m curious as to when the Italians are going follow through and pay the owed reparations to the British. Then, Norway, Iceland and Denmark need to ante up as well…because, the Normans.

      WE REALLY NEED TO DO AN INVENTORY!
      Billions of dollars worth of them is consumed by fire or killed by invasive species.
      So much of Canada really hasn’t been explored.
      Mapped yes, but it’s really a huge country that our politicians haven’t done any proper investigation or inventory of.
      Thousands of lakes never been inventoried as well for the multiple fish species we have on land.
      None of the species is really endangered of extinction as we hardly hunted the inventory of animals.

   I’ve said it here before our compassion will be our destruction. We are so ingrained in being compassionate and understanding of other’s feelings we are willing to sacrifice our history and thus our society because a vocal few take exception to our collective success as a society that has led the world in freedom and self governance. If this vocal minority that are hell bent on destroying the system that ultimately provided them the freedom that they have to critisize and denounce this same society were to unilaterly declare war on our society they would, quickly and with dispatch, be totally annihalated. Instead they do it serreptitiously, incrementally, under the camouflage of human rights and freedoms, two beliefs that are an anathema to their personal beliefs. Meanwhile we, the beneficiaries of our ancestors sacrifices, have been too busy trying to continue the advancement of the finest society that mankind has developed, have allowed our compassion to blind us to what has transpired in the last hundred years. Instead of telling these miscreants that continually decry and despise the society that harbours them to either “Suck it up Buttercup!” or go back and fix the country you came from, no we submit to their incessant demands, because if we don’t we’ll be labelled as bullies, bigots and the big one ‘racists’. So we change the names of our pubs, our streets, our schools, we take down the statues that were erected to the men and women that over countles centuries in many countries have helped to create our Western Society, for what? As the great English Bard has written “Or to take arms against a sea of troubles, and by opposing end them?” When will we raise our voices and tell these complainers to “Suck it up Buttercup.” or will we eventually be pushed to take arms against the continual attacks on our society?

3. If the British need to apologise for anything, it’s the terrible food.

   1. Dunno about that, I could go for a plate of fish and chips right now. To be sure, they have some weird, strange and revolting stuff but most cultures do. Do a quick search for “weird Italian food” or try some surstromming. Almost every country around the planet has stuff we would find off-putting to outright offensive. Comes down to people making do with what they have.

         1. China and India are a little too obvious, though. Maggot cheese is from a country who’s cuisine is generally thought highly of.

      2. Taking the two things that might be unappetising in one cuisine as opposed to the entirety of British cuisine, no contest.

   2. There might be hope yet. While strolling through the local Mallwart food section, I noticed UK food items in the ethnic food aisle stocked right between Italian and Mexican foods. Granted they were Cadbury chocolates and different water cracker brands at least they were recognized as ethnic.

      It won’t be long in Canada before Anglo Saxons will be a minority. After just a few generations of getting beaten up they will be able to make a case for having been oppressed. But then all bets are off if they convert to a Death Cult.

   We need to quit apologizing, for everything, to everyone, done, so done.
   As to bought media, woke class, slimy politicians and supporting cohort, DONE.
   Sick and tired or being preached to, we need to apologize, make amends, accommodate. NO MORE.
