That’s because, in their world view, a person would have to be crazy to disagree with them.

Ok, I had to read that tweet a few times before I finally (I think) understood the meaning. Seems to be a regular feature with twitteratties: trying to be as unclear as possible.
Nothing unclear about that tweet.
Further – Why is it always “masks on” or “get the vax!!!” from the egg heads in our medical community? Why is it never “hey, we’re working on a new treatment and it looks hopeful” or “Hey, let’s try this” as opposed to locking everyone in their homes and other absurdities.
I know the answer but thought I’d throw it out there.
The real division is between collectivists and individualists.
