In two weeks Dear Leader will have his environment minister present plans to parliament, on making Canada a green paradise. Lets look at California to see what that could possibly entail. Oligarchs want us to power down.

Scuttling the rural world. Wantonly destroying all wildlife habitat. This is green.
“The Empire of Lies” description of the United States by Russia is a pretty accurate current description of what corruption has turned it into.
Onion skin peeling back the layers of the Puppets and players that the Mainstream Media and law enforcement protect.
The Obama Administration runs the United States with the face of Joe Biden. Obama is a racist who really is having great fun in making our politicians dance to his whim of pleasure. Certainly shows in the policies they create and enforce.
Behind that, China Joe was his last nickname.

In the end game, China wins big time this current game board that we’re pawns on.
Obama will host another giant beach party (unmasked) when Chinese supremacy is assured.
Joe the puppet won’t be invited. The tools will be confined to the shed.
Glad to see the conservative media applying the word “oligarchs” to our ruling elites. About time.
Technazis.
China has begun building the largest gasoline refinery in the world.
And it doesn’t process corn oil.
Coal mining has increased and the emissions would cause John Kerry to soil his Depends.
With their mineral mining , and Russian contacts they will provide
more $2,000 dollar electronic cars than the world has solar panels.
As said above CHINESE WILL WIN BIG
69 – Meanwhile, back in the US…. “Democrats Can’t Solve Energy-Related Problems Because They Don’t Understand They Are Causing Them”
Schumer replied, “The U.S. is a major oil producer; we only get 1 percent of any imports from Russia.” Schumer was flat wrong! Data from the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) shows U.S. oil imports from Russia grew to more than 8 percent of all imported oil in 2021, during Biden’s first year in office. The same EIA report revealed oil imports from Russia to the United States in 2021 grew by more than 24 percent from the last year of Donald Trump’s presidency.
“Donald Trump understood energy issues… Biden has been reversing these policies as fast as he can sign orders between naps.”

Schumer is a copulating cretin.
BAD – Or at least a cretin…
The liberal objective of destroying the Free West endures, regardless how many deaths are needed. On the right, we oppose him with polite, complacent, and uninspiring Mitch McConnell. A limp wet sock who sits home and counts his money, clear on his assignment to do nothing to disrupt the inevitable destruction of the West. I hope for him an enlightening encounter with a multiple murderer who has been released on nominal bail.
They will approve every green project post haste. Barely an inconvenience
I’m quite sure that every business owner and CEO across the country perfectly understands what the consequences of the green scam are going to be but have been kowtowing for so many years they don’t know how to do anything else. Over the past 30 years or so, the government has insinuated itself so deeply into the workings of our economy, that they pick who the winners and losers will be so of course where is a line up as far as the eye can see just waiting for their chance to kiss up for preferential treatment.
When it was just purely greed that motivated those in power, it was easy to keep a handle on things so they didn’t get out of control. Now though, ideology is the driving force and that makes for decisions based on what those in power wish things to be like rather than how things really are. They will condone any sort of financial swindle, no matter how many zeroes are involved, as long as it is being done for the ‘right’ reasons.
We are seeing the beginning of reality reasserting itself and the ideologues are ignoring the warning signs like they always do and are plowing full steam ahead. If you think that $2 a liter for gas is bad, just wait, it’ll seem like a great bargain very soon. All of those restaurants that managed to stay alive for the last two years will see that their struggle was in vain when people stay home because they can’t afford to do anything. This will be the final nail in the coffin of the Tourism industry which zoomed into economic importance after the collapse of our manufacturing sector in the 80’s.
Unless the Dippers grow a spine we are in for very hard times, very soon.
This is what they meant by converting our economy into a service one.
I remember what an old machinist told me when I was a wee one.
” The wealth of a people comes from making things from your raw resources, not from selling them “.
Back to the old days of being ” hewers of wood and drawers of water “.
The old let them freeze in the dark phrase come to mind.
Energy poverty has blown (no pun intended) right past the middle class and is hitting the upper middle class HARD here in N.CA. My neighbors are all paying > $1,000.00 monthly PG&E bills in the winter. I hear them grumbling. They are begging for solar … just enough panels to get them out of PG&E’s top tier energy charges (levied during those “Power Down times of 4-9pm). These families all have children … they NEED energy between 4-9pm. But … despite their grumbling … they will vote straight leftist Democrat ticket in every upcoming election.
I keep watching and waiting for the HARDSHIP which will finally cause the scales to fall from their eyes … perhaps $7.00/gal. Gasoline? Probably not. Oh! And BTW … They all believe that it is PG&E’s “capitalist greed” and “profiteering” that is causing this energy poverty.
PG&E , aren’t those the guys that fail to trim back the undergrowth from around the Hydro transmission lines.
Whatever happened to conservative forest management that was always done back in the ” good ol days “.
They seem to like lots of brown and blackouts due to ” fires “.
Kenji,
Progressivism is its own reward.
John, cutting back flammable underbrush would offend the trees.
VOWG,
The sooner the better.
The nerve of them.

Does the study add sufficient capacity to replace the ICE vehicles and all other mobile equipment with electrified equivalence. Given that solar panels and windfarms have useful lives of around 20 years and are currently explored, mined, refined, transported, constructed and assembled using fossil fuels (and in the case of solar panels, with slave labor) and given that neither system on a life cycle basis has a significant return on energy, I question whether the study considered life cycle considerations. IOW, wind and solar can only be implemented with fossil fuel energy available and can’t furnish enough energy to replicate themselves and be useful for positive energy production. Why not build 50 modern nuclear power plants over the next 30 years instead on a couple thousand acres while observing that all the hysterical climate predictions now driving the masses to support elected sociopaths continue to fail to materialize.
