  2. Some of the movies I find on YouTube were ones that I heard about but never had a chance to see when they were in the theatres. I remember seeing the ads for Krakatoa East of Java more than 50 years ago, and I finally got around to taking a look after I came across the title on YT:

    I quit after an hour as not a lot happened and what did take place was either boring or silly. It’s so bad that it doesn’t even qualify as golden trash.

      Speaking of York and Agutter, an earlier movie they were in is on TCM’s Friday night schedule. Logan’s Run is one of three science fiction movies, the other ones being the original Planet of the Apes and Westworld.

There is a plasma that they are unwilling to use so called “vaccinated ” blood for. Of course anyone who understands the science behind these shots would not want the blood from a vaxxed person going into their body.

    I must say, he talks a good line, I look forward to seeing his policy platform, maybe he can beat Max. I must say, after seeing Colon and Thucydies and their abject cowardice and hatred of the use of force on behalf of we the people, I’m pretty sure that any form of constitutional carry in this country is out, but the litmus test remains.

So I had a friend in Alberta reach out to me tonight to warn me that his bank in Alberta called him to inform him the government has frozen all digital transaction on his account like direct deposits and money orders, transfers, etc. He claimed it was because it was from a donation he gave to the trucker’s convoy. I honestly thought he was pulling my leg.

      2. Perfect storm. Protest vote against Prentice’s arrogance. Wildrose in disarray with Danielle Smith crossing the floor. No one else to vote for.

        Same thing coming again. UCP (not just the Liar Kenney) has shown its true colours over the past two years and, short of wholesale replacement of about 2/3 of their MLA’s, they’re merely commie lite. WIP has been all but absent throughout all of this. For small-c conservatives, there is no party who supports us. Individual MLA’s? Yes, some. But if the party leader is commie-lite, what difference does it make?

        I’ve noted it before: if Red Rachel does get elected again, the next morning every semi truck & tractor in this province needs to be parked on the streets & highways of Edmonchuk. We need to give ’em the worst case of travel constipation they’ve ever heard of.

          1. That, quite foolishly, is what Alberta did 7 years ago. Evidently, my fellow residents didn’t learn the lessons from what happened in B. C. and had to find out the hard way.

            Regrettably, I think that there will be great rejoicing once Rachel the Rancid returns to her “rightful” place as premier, and not just in my riding. A lot of schoolteachers and university professors were delighted that Alberta finally “saw the light” and voted “properly” in 2015.

          2. No argument. There wasn’t a lot of time prior to the election after all this happened to formulate strategy for a lot of folk. They went out, conducted their democratic responsibility by voting & we got Red Rachel.

      3. When you destroy Kenney, the alternatives are a hodge-podge of Wild Rose, Wexit, and various other tiny parties. Rachel’s NDP wins by default.
        Don’t forget the last time Rachel won. Then there was a substantial and organized Wild Rose Party and even then they came in a distant third. Today? Not nearly as organized (Quick! Can anybody name their leader?). Unless the UPC kicks Kenney to the curb, Rachel is going to win. God help us.

        1. The Wildrose Independence Party is setting up a network of candidates for the next election. I’m sure that it could win a number of seats, particularly in rural areas.

  22. We had put up some FREEDOM signs along with a couple of Canadian flags at the entrance to our property on Saturday to show our support for the truckers. Live in Ottawa. They lasted a few days until someone removed them. Thought that perhaps a citizen took them down. Then something more sinister crossed my mind and I started wondering if our mayor/police has decided that you can not show support for the truckers and they were “confiscated” by the city. We are going to try again. Unfortunately there is nowhere to place a camera and see who is responsible. Please anyone who lives in Ottawa and supports the truckers, put up flags and signs. Let’s show them we will not be silenced.
