  2. The vitriol from the press is high praise indeed. I would not want the praise of these people. Worse than used cars salesmen.

    A local news anchor in Victoria here speeds in the school parking lot dropping off his kids everyday. Arrogant bastard and absolute scum many such cases.

    1. The Liberal media tried to trap Pierre Poilievre with a question about “the extreme elements that latch on to the truck convoy”.
      Pierre responds that he thinks it’s interesting that when there’s a left-wing protest on Parliament hill we don’t see the Liberal media going through every single name of those who attend trying to find one person that they can disparage the whole group with…” then he notes that the truckers “quite frankly kept all of you alive the last two years…” Classic Poilievre. This is a must-view… it was published today and already has 141k views.

    1. A few hours ago, I had an infuriating telephone conversation with my elderly aunt in Nanaimo.

      She believes everything she hears and reads, even though she knows that the MSM have been bought by Prinz Dummkopf. I encouraged her to do her own research but she doesn’t know where to look.

      In the past, I sent her links to specific items on sites such as Rebel News, but I gave up on that when she didn’t seem to go beyond them and actually look at the host pages. As the saying goes, you can lead a horse to water…..

Think about it, all the pended up and isolated young in Ottawa with an opportunity to join a highly exited sea of people.   6. I noted the next up video from CBC, claiming that some in the trucking industry “are concerned the demonstration has been ‘hijacked’ by people spreading anti-public health messages.”

        This time it really may be different, “those who wished to be left alone,” may not be the ones to be worried about.

        I heard a reasonable argument last week from an Auzzie, that it will be the early adopters who rushed to vaccinate themselves and their children and now come to realize (too late) that this was an error. That they have in fact endangered their children’s lives. I would tend to agree with his hypothesis.

        That blind TRUST in public “health” officials and governments, these same people had; who as the Auzzie said “would shove your granny out of their way to purchase the latest iPhone.” When finally understood to be faulty, will unleash a fury no one would wish to witness. IMO this Auzzie has a valid point.

      They have another story up now entitled “‘Freedom convoy’ needs to lose extreme rhetoric, says association head as truckers reach Toronto”. That one does allow comments, but interestingly all the ‘most liked’ comments are slamming the convoy and everyone supporting them, completely unlike the comment threads on all the other convoy-related stories so far (where the people supporting the truckers have far outnumbered the ones against them). I smell a rat.

Why isn’t the media reacting the same way, when Indians blockade roads and railway tracks? Or when activists try to deny food to loggers. Or when BLM holds protests during the lockdowns. Why Justin even meets them and takes the knee.

    As for CBC’s Rosie bringing up the suggestion that the percentage of people vaccinated equates with support for the mandates, a huge number of people got vaccinated only because of the mandate.
    I know lots of people who got vaccinated because they have mortgages and children and need their jobs.

    Boycott the products they sell and the services they provide to let them know you’re serious.

  27. The truck convoy finally gives people a focal point. Day after day we have watched our democracy being destroyed by tyrannical mandates. We have witnessed the complete failure of media to communicate any of the legitimate concerns about the safety of these ” vaccines”. But we have not had any centre from which to push back. Now we do. There is momentum, there are some wonderful, thoughtful leaders supporting the effort (Peterson, Rueschel, Max, many more), and there appears to be growing support from around the world. Nay sayers in the media and political realm are beginning to look like petty whiners. With God’s help we will prevail and end this nightmare. Godspeed. There is light at the end of the tunnel.
