   He is such an elitist that he won’t admit his own hypocrisy. Sentencing him to the breaking wheel would be way too kind.

5. I wonder, did he wear his scrubs on the plane?

   When he gets to Glasgow does he order dinner saying; “I’m a doctor and I want my sausages”. (Some of you will get that).

   While walking down the street (in his scrubs) he comes across an MP with a knife wound. Ignoring any Good Samaritan implications he jumps to. “Don’t worry I’m an emergency physician.” (not saying casualty which would make more sense in the UK). Looking up he sees the attacker holding a dripping knife, a young, probably, Somali man. “I can’t help this man, he’s been stabbed by a follower of the religion of peace. Hey! Does anyone know where I can find some sausages.”
