All those ships clogging Long Beach harbor and dragging their anchors (causing oil spills)? Yep. CA Diesel truck regulations has led to a shortage of trucks to haul goods in CA. Why? The EPA has declared micro-particulate matter (dust) to be an “Environmental Justice” issue as a “disproportionate” number of BIPOC’s are suffering from asthma … evidently? … caused by diesel truck emissions. Too many BIPOCS live in poor communities near freeways.
Yes, our country is dismantling itself from within. Starting with CA. Guess I’m happy to see Maine has similar problems. However … with all that Fish in cold storage … isn’t that a direct threat to the BIPOC community who have been known to frequent Red Lobster restaurants … shouldn’t the EPA conduct a “study” in the interest of BIPOC “Justice”?
