5. I can’t understand from an ethical perspective how you can mandate something which requires informed consent. Ontario is trying to download the portions of their desired vaccine mandate which are unconstitutional to organizations through directive 6. The government officially allows people to opt out of the vaccine by taking an educational session but also says it is not necessary for organizations to include that in their policy.
