It’s a major felony with serious prison time but from what I’ve been reading about New York no-one will likely be charged.

Any police officer still in uniform after what we’ve seen these past couple of weeks deserves respect, what a thankless career, many of the communities they serve don’t deserve them.

Sources told CBS New York it appears the incident was accidental, possibly the result of cleaning solution that wasn’t properly removed from the shake machine.”
How many other customers were sickened? Was it just the three cops?
I guess it was just a coincidence. Maybe they wanted to make sure the shakes for the police were good, so they cleaned the shake machine special just for them?
I have deliberately trained myself to believe that I am a complete failure as a human being if I feel I need to buy ANY fast food from any establishment. The stuff is unhealthy, overpriced, tastes like crap and supports left wing corporate genuflecting most of the time. If I cannot plan ahead and make and pack my own food, that to me means I am failing in supplying my own basic human needs. It is no different than failing to clean up after myself or managing my own basic hygiene. Fast food joints are symbols of human failure.
When I am traveling from my home in the North to visit my kid and grandkid in SoCal, taking either I-5 or 99 (when I-5 is full, it’s awful … I only drive it in the 3am timeframe).
I used to stop at random fast food spots along the way (I know, I know) … but stopped doing so as … I’m sorry … but the staff at these places have just gotten to look more and more like the residents of 3rd world shitholes. Call me whatever you want … but I have become paranoid about what these random spots in the middle of nowhere might be doing to the “rich” “white” travelers stopping in their sketchy locales in their fancy BMW’s.
So now … I ONLY stop at one particular INandOUT burger (Christian owned and operated) in a city of “my people”. Sorry, call me paranoid … but it’s MY life to be paranoid with.
